Engagement of one No. carpenter in residential & non residential buildings to construct and put into position doors, windows, frame stairs,trusses etc.and to attend all type of furniture repairs to prepare and repair of wood in fixtures can prepare and assembly timer trusses and join timber pieces in treason and compreessing numbers thereof should be capable of preparing estimate of materials for different jobs any other duty assigned by the Junior.( One No. carpenter)

Engagement of Three No.Plumber to assemble, install,maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fitting, and fixtures of heating,water, sanitary, drainage, sprinkler, according to specification and plumbing codes, to determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders, install and repair pipes, fitting,valves,fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks,commodes, water heaters,water softeners, etc,to select material and hardware and make time and materials estimate, to maimtain accurate records on tools, equipment, and and materials and labor used.He shall be reponsible for laying, jointing all kind of pipes and special i.e. C.I,G,I,HCL,PVC, lead pipes etc making ferrule connection repair to leakages etc and other miscellaneous work/jobs at treat plan/ water works and pumping station etc. Heshall also be responsible be reporting and assisting the Junior Engineer for detection and connection and other duty assigned by the Junior Engineer.(Three No.Plumber )

Engagement of TwoNo. Sewer Man to performs semi- skilled work in connection with the maintenance and operation of a sewer system Operates catch basin cleaner, Removes obstructions from sewers with sewer rods and sever cables, Pumps out cellars or excavations that have become flooded as the result of storms,Repairs sewers, manholes and catch basins and other related jobs.He is responsible for ever day inspection,Maintance and complaint disposal and other duty assigned by the Junior Engineer.( Two No. Sewer Man)

Engagement of Three Nos. Beldar for any of duties assigned by Engineer in charage for rutine maintainence of roads, unskilled jobs such as earth work, brooming of roads,cleaning of drains, opening of culverts,clearing of minor slips, carriage/loading of material,cleaning and washing of areas,assisting plumber, carpenter etc cutting of grass and other miscellaneous works assigned by Engineer in charage . All requisit T&P, Tool,dress safety, equipment etc.As per work required shall be provided by the contractor and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall provide the Labour as and when required and in case of urgency contractor is bound to provide additional labour on the agreement rates and shall be payable as per deployed workers..(Three No. Beldar for one month)

Engagement of two Pump operater to operate the pump to lift water from pumping station-to storage Tanks& to determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders,in and their miscellaneous works jobs at treatment plant water works and pumping station etc. Heshall also be responsible be reporting and assisting the Engineer-in-Charge for detection and connection and other duty assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge all working and safety tools reqired for works time to time(. Two Pump operater)

Engagement of one No.Receptionist cum Supervisor cum complaint attendend day to day complints,Prepairing records and register and supervision of the complaints received in order to rectify and deputing staff so as to attend the complints received and the prepare maternal estimates and other misclenious works assigned by Engineer-in-Charge.(one No Supervisor cum complaint attendend.)

Engagement of 1Nos. Maison for any of duties assigned by Junior Engineer unskilled jobs such as earth work, carriage of material cleaning and washing of areas, assisting plumber carpenter etc cutting of grass and other misclenious works assigned by Junior Engineer.one No. Mason for one month)T&P, will be supplied by the department as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( Maison one No.)
