Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick Gypsum Board fixed on M.S. steel runners frame including cost of screws angles, cleats, rawel plugs with taping, filling with Gypsum compound and applying priming coat etc. complete in all respects{HSR 13.91}

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceilings tiles at all hieghts of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern, the tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity K = 0.052 (-) 0.057 w/m k, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round gavanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 35 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 600 x 600 mm suspended from celing using galvazied mild steel item (galvanizedd @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8 mm outerdiameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T'. The suystem should rest on periphery walls/partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all hieghts, The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. with or without groves (HSR 13.92)

Base course of floors consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling (HSR 14.1)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any patterns as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles (Note : Tile shall be premium quality (first quality ) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JOHNSONS, RAK & SIMPOLO). ii. Tiles shall be fixed by using PVC spacers of required size and the space between tiles shall be filled up with cement based grout of approved make & colour. Nothing extra shall be paid for this. {HSR 14.89}

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make in skirting / dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles Note : i. Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JOHNSONS, RAK & SIMPOLO). ii. Tiles shall be fixed by using PVC spacers of required size and the space between tiles shall be filled up with cement based grout of approved make & colour. Nothing extra shall be paid for this. {HSR 14.90}

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size of approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete (HSR 14.92) (b) size of ceramic glazed tiles 300 mm x 450 mm

Providing and laying Baroda Greem marble stone 17 mm and above thick flooring included matching the grains of marble slab in any pattern as specified laid over 12 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of marble inlcuding rubbing and polishing. The rates are for all heights/storey. The sample shall be got approved from Engineer In-charge. (HSR 14.99)

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall (HSR 15.10)

Rough cast exterior cement plaster on walls with a mixture of sand sand gravel or crushed stone graded from 2.36mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in 2 coats, first coat 10mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement, 4 sand) and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3 mixed with 10% finely ground hydrated lime by volume of cement including arises, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. (HSR 15.18)

Cement pointing 1:2 flush on flat brick flooring (HSR 15.71) third floor

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint (HSR 16.5)

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces {HSR16.25}

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coasts excluding priming coat on new work{HSR 16.57}

Providing and applying two coats of white cement based putty over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc., complete (J.K/ Birla make).{HSR 16.81}

Providing and fixing PVC wall paneling consisting of 7 mm thick cactus make hollow PVC section, PVC U-section beading of size 25mmx8mmx12mm and PVC angle nosing of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm including cost of PVC gutties, screws, jointed with polyfix (instant glue), complete in all respect as per drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Tacking (making) rough the exposed RCC surface (horizontal/vertical) for cement plaster including removing of loose concrete, disposing off the malba and cleaning the surface etc., complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

20 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in two coats under ceiling with chicken mesh made of 28 gauge G.I. wires (ISI mark) of approved make and shape, fixed after one coat of cement plaster (Ist layer 10 mm thick with cement coarse sand plaster 1:3 and final layer 10mm thick of cement sand plaster 1:3).complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NS)

Racking out joints in cement mortar (making zhiri in existing tile terracing) uprooting the grass and preparing the surface for cement pointing including disposal of rubbish, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(NS)

Rubbing and polishing the existing terrazo /kotah stone flooring/skirting with carborandum stones ( two rubbing- with fine and extra fine grade stones), jointed with cement slurry including cost of powder, wax polish, oxlanic acid, etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in – charge / Haryana PWD Specifications.(NS)

EI work 24 to 47:- S/E of MCBs/isolator 240/415 V in existing distribution board including making necessary connections :-( HSR 31.17 ) (i)6 to 32 amp. MCB SP

(i) Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mm long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosures on the top etc as required. (HSR 31.22 (i)
