Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. i. All works upto plinth level.

ii. All works above plinth level upto floor V level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. i. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. .

ii. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

iii. Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded).

Providing and fixing of stainless steel railing of specified grade (medium weight) to filter beds, balconies and similar works including baluster, handrail and including all necessary items required for installation like wall returns, wall mounts, end caps, connectors, mounting screws and anchors etc. including carriage charges all complete job. (The same will be approved by Site Engineer as per estimated cost). For inner walkways and staircase.

Providing and fixing of newel posts (master balusters) including newel caps, carriage all complete job (The same will be approved by site incharge as per estimated cost).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: i. Makrana Doongri adanga veined.

Extra for pre finished nosing to treads of steps of marble stone

Providing and incorporating during concreting G.I. Sheet strips water seal, 1.25mm (nominal) thick at construction joints including jointing of ends.

Providing and mixing of water proofing material for water retaining structures.

Dismantling old chain link fencing, stacking and carriage upto sub store, uprooting of trees / bush cutting and removal of mulba from existing masonary plinth wall at the spot complete job.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: i. 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level including curing, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, and finishing. i. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Close timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). i. Depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.50 m

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like.

Providing and fitting of lights (havels) make for newly constructed ACC including 3 core wiring, MCB and all other necessary items like holders etc. as per site requirement etc. including all carriages upto site of work, complete job. (All accessories including lights to be of reputed make approved by site incharge). i. 50Watt Street Lights.

Providing and fixing of electrical points (heating and lighting) of reputed make 9like legrand) including cost of wire, switches, necessary MCB’S, Switch boards, 3 pin sockets, raval plugs, Teflon, ceiling roses reputed make ISI mark screw, casing / conduit materials of all sorts of carriage and labour charges required for the job. (5 Ampere to 15Ampere) All accessories to be of reputed make approved by Engineer Incharge). i. Heating Points.

Providing and fitting of wire of copper make (Havels) along with necessary accessories like connectors, nuts, bolts / cable holders etc. Complete Job. i. 6Sqmm double core DC Wire.

Providing and fitting of pipes with pipe specials for post and pre chlorination geasous system (5kg/hr) including cost of all necessary fittings required at site incuding carriage all complete job including opening of existing assembly (whatever required). i. 25mm dia PPR pipe (Prince make).

ii. 25mm PPR SOCKETS (Prince make).

iii. 25mm dia PPR BALL/gate VALVE (Prince make).

iv. 25mm dia PPR Elbow (Prince make).

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. i. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 12.1.6 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

20mm Cement plaster of mix: i. 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dismantling old chain link fencing, stacking and carriage upto store, uprooting of trees / bush cutting and removal of mulba from existing masonary plinth wall at the spot. Complete Job.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. i. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing ornamental M.S Grill in panels of size 2.5mx0.9m including making connection with RCC columns. The job also includes one coat of steel primer and 2 coats of steel paint of approved brand and manufacture as per the directions of Engineer-incharge. The job includes carriage of all materials upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying of burj title work of size 150x50mm for columns of fencing including all carriages upto site of work complete job.

Providing and fixing of lawn type lighting system on RCC work including laying of 25mm PVC conduit 2.5mm wire, switch, MCB, Pannel board etc. as per site requirement including all carriage upto site of work complete job.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking from Division Store to dumping site work. i. Cement / Steel for an avg. lead of 15Kms.

ii. Sand and aggregate for an avg. lead of 25Kms

iii. 40mm Aggregate for an avg. Lead of 25Kms.

iv. 20mm Aggregate for an avg. lead of 25Kms.
