Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT feedar pillar AC 415 Volts, 50 HZ 3 Phase, 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands, structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50X50X5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, Provision of louvers at sides, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated, including taking down old / rusted pillar complete all as specified and directed :- (Main Panel) NOTE:- Connection from Main bus bar to Outgoing MCCB should be provided through bus bar of suitable rating instead of copper wires. The pillar box shall be provided with durable and legible Aluminium nameplates for each MCCB containing Qtr No/Bldg No and FPB No.

M&L for spray painting for panel with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke gray colour after throughly preparing, cleaning In & Out side of the panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement broken hinges 100mm size of LT Panel, rusted portions of LT Panle, DB, steel tubular poles etc through electric welding including denting and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for HT/LT Cable route indicator with a welded/riveted disc of 4 inch dia and engraved with cable with cable route marker made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x4 mm thick dug in ground with in and incl PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate at approx distance 100 mtr including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed

Labour only for Checking and measuring earth pit resistance value by using 3 pole method using Fluke Make meter at earth pits complete all as directed Note: (i) T & P required for testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) The measurement are required to be taken as and when directed by the Engr-in-Charge during the contract period (iii) The contractor shall provide minimum one electrician and one helper daily during working hours for this purpose during contract period (iv) All reading are to be recorded in earth register measurement books which are to be maintained properly duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge
