Initial Load Test

Conducting Initial Load Test (Compression) up to maximum test load of 2.5 times the safe load capacity on single pile as specified in accordance with IS 2911 part-4 including preparation of pile head for testing, necessary excavation, jacks, kentledge, accessories, measuring devices, recording of results, labour, submission of test report etc. complete, but excluding the cost of installation of pile (installation of pile shall be paid separately) etc.,All complete as per the specification, drawing and as directed by the Ener in charge including all Leads and lift Charges and all OPerating and Maintainance Charges,All taxes excluding GST for the following certified from competant authority to the satisafaction of client

Integrity test

Integrity Pile test using cross hole sonic logging as per the provision of ASTM standard D6760, as per drawings & technical specifications etc. complete. (Payment shall be made for number of pile tested) certified from competant authority to the satisafaction of clientincluding all Leads and lift Charges and all OPerating and Maintainance Charges,All taxes excluding GST

Stay Cables

Supply,erection & stressing stay cables Two anchorages per stay cable,adjustable at deck side and fixed at pylon side type shall be provided . According to project design the following anchorages should be forecasted: Anchorages are provided with: A wax box system A protective cap Special wedges for stay cable bridges (high efficiency and fatigue stress resistant) . Damper and deviator for load variation and side bending absorption to be placed at the end of deck from tube: Al anchorages are designed to allow minimum gauranteed tensioning and de-tensioning of the +/- 20% of the 45 % of the GUTS. supply of 7-wire low relaxation galvanised,waxed and HDPE coated steel strand with the following properties: Nominal breaking strength-fck 1.860 N/mm 2 Nominal mass( bare strand) 1.172 kg/m. Nominal steel cross sectional area 150 mm2 ,Nominal dia 15.7 mm , Coexcruded HDPE coating colored double helicoidally ribbes HDPE ducts ,with external ribbes . Fatigue Test

Testing of one stay cable of typical representative size as per PTI / FIB specification cost including preparation of sample sprcimen with complete anchorage assembly , statics & dynamic testibg of cables and preparation of detail test report by specilised testing agency in indiaa or abroad cost of arranging visit for the total representative from client / owner for witnessing of test submission of test report and all other etc complete certified from competant authority to the satisafaction of client including all Leads and lift Charges and all OPerating and Maintainance Charges,All taxes excluding GST

Defective Tensile Test
