Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. GI wire shall be laid in 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI wire of 4 mm dia. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia mild steel TMT bars suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L for earth continuity conductor main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm galvanised iron wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe light grade of 50mm dia including new fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing etc by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique/mannually/mechanically and necessary machine including supply and laying of 100mm dia GI pipe light grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair alternator of DG Set of capacity upto 200 KVA complete including rewinding & replacement of connected items such as bearing, sleeves Nut bolts, coupling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F earth pit chamber alongwith cover of Polymer, FRP Pit Cover of heavy high grade polypropelene for high stress and starin level of size 225x300x 195 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement ACP retro sign board of size 1.5 x 1.1 Mtr using retro reflective high intensity prismatic reflective sheeting. The back ground of board is blue colour with white border and writing letter, numbers white colour mentioning the DG Set substation details, and single line schematic diagram of substation. Retro sign board shall be pasted on 3 mm thick ACP sheet. The board shall be fixed on Wall including fixing of fastners, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair 6mm thick MS chequered plate of suitable size for cable duct cover and earth pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width over energised LT cables for carrying out brick work for protection of cable duct including for taking out and relaying of LT Cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of AMF panel of any size/make, check all loose connections of end terminals, screws, nuts, bolts thimbles, clean all electric/electronic parts by using CRC spray, check contactors connections and its serviceability, check all relay setting of AMF panel and check all internal connections of AMF Panel and hinges and locking devices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
