REPAIR MAINT OF STREET LIGHT AND CONNECTED WORKS AT DMSRDE TECH AREA AND MES COLONY AREA UNDER GE I R AND D KANPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading local sand obtained from ganga river in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying /paving of dry well burnt bricks of sub class ‘B’ laid flat of whole brick over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & Chasing required on concrete block /path/tile /floor/ wall not exceeding 20 cm girth to concealed the cable/GI wire and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 including facing / finishing where as required to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to wall laid in trenches floor, road crossing and fixing arrangement complete for under ground cable protection including such as MS flats iron clamp nut & bolts washers all as directed and specified.

Disconnection electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 10 sqmm to 16Sqmm all as spefied and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches /on wall/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional are 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No-9 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of Old unserviceable/ worn out flood light fitting by LED flood light 60 watt 240 volt with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing a LED flood light high efficiency in built integrated electronic LED driver complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed including all accessories complete .

All as per item No-11 here-in-before but LED flood light 120 Watt

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete .

S & F in replacement of LED post top lantern 35/40 Watt warm white/white made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP-65 protection including fixing of GI pipe of suitable dia dia, 300 mm long light grade, partly embedded on column of gate with fixing arrangement complete and making electrical connection complete all as spfd.

S & F in replacement of Decorative Gate Light made up of high grade unbreakable ploycarbonate material Globe type of dia min 200 mm suitable for 9/10 w LED Lamp including fixing of GI pipe of suitable dia, any mm long light grade, partly embedded on column of gate with fixing arrangement complete and making electrical connection complete all as spfd.

Supplying and fixing in replacment of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor of size 2.5 sqmm twin core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections connection complete all as specified.

All same as per serial item no. 20 but for twin core cable of size 4 sqmm.

S&F in replacement of old U/S eixting street Light Timer complete with new Automatic street light Control panel with Infrared Sensor based Nature switch based on natural light lux level with suitable power Contactor,MCB and should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof,Electric shock proof, Termite proof and FR grade special polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP66 having both sensor and manual operation option. The contactors, MCBs and circuit wiring should suitable enough to take load of 8 KW per phase , 3 phase, 415 Volts A/C complete all as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out existing junction box of any description and in any position on poles or fixed in the plinth of poles and supplying and fixing in position new MS Sheet/ CRCA sheet junction box with hinged cover system, corrosion resistant, waterproof, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer of approx size 250mm X 200mm. The box shall be provided with and including 10 cm long aluminium bus bar of size 20x3 mm size 2 Nos mounted on porcelain insulators including one No. MCB SP of ‘C’ series, 5/6 Amps of Make Legrand/L&T/ Siemens and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminium lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5 mm clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The contractors quoted rates for the above items are deemed to include for fixing the box in position with suitable MS clamps and/or necessary PCC as per site requirement.

Supply & fixing bldg/pole light bracket made out 32 mm dia bore G.I pipe, light grade of length not less than 1.5 Mtr, bend to required shape for holding the fitting including Clamps 50x6 mm Flate Iron ,Nut & Bolts for supporting the brackets and taking down the old bracket from existing pole/building.

M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces and applying one coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular swaged poles and swan neck /bracked, chanels/angles including making/pasting three nos cricular strips of 300 mm wide yellow & black colour with synthetic reflected enamel paint and marking /stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete and all as specified and directed.

Trimming/cutting of all trees branches and cleaning of bushes around the overhead conductor span ( one pole to 2nd pole equal one span) upto 3.0 mtr distance both side from nearest conductor/Earth wire at LT overhead line including cleaning of site and removing trimmed material upto 1km distance all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fixing solar LED street light 24/25 watt including tubular pole 80mm dia GI pipe of overall length 6 mtr height (5 mtr height above ground level ) mounted with ALL-IN-ONE solar street light is made in india with high efficiency mono crystalline solar PV module , lithium ferro phosphate battery with in built BMS technology , high efficiency LED, MPPT solar charge controller and aluminium extruded body. ALL -IN-ALL SSL is specially designed with PIR motion sensor automatically conrol the dimming and brightness of light, which increases the backup time. Auto on/off of light white dusk to down, complete incl making earth work filling with PCC foundation for pole mounting etc connection complete with IP 65/66 protection all as specified and directed .

Disconnection, taking down and opening for replacement of unserviceable parts such as drivers including changing connecting wires, cleaning, removing carbon from joints and refixing after rectification of defects of street lights /security lights/post top lantern/flood lights any type, size, capacity to poles/sentry posts/top of buildings complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I) ladder and T&P shall be provided by the contracror (ii) Cost of drivers replaced should be paid serarately under their relevant items
