Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) incl chipping and cleaning the surface which are to be received the coating or treatment must be free from oils, grease, wax, dirt or any other foreign material upto RCC surface etcand removing serviceable tiles to store and remove the debris upto 5.0 Km from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc including removal of debris upto 5.0 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm thick graded crushed stone aggregate as in base or sub-base for leveling the surface etc finished even & smooth including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment in pool by applying in 2.0 mm thick layer of Fosroc Nitocote CM210 two-component polymer modified cementious elastomeric coating system consisting of apply the material using a soft bristled brush (120 mm-200 mm wide) or trowel The first coat should be applied at a minimum wet film thickness of 1 mm (approximate coverage is 1.9 to 2.0 kg/m2) and should be well brushed into the surface.Finish in one direction for a neat appearance. If the brush begins to drag during application, do not add water to the material, but dampen the surface again. Application may also be made by roller, however it is recommended to finish the surface with a trowel for best results. The first coat should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 5 hours at 20°C or 3 hours at 35°C and longer at lower temperatures. The material should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C. All the mixed material should be used within 2 hours at 20°C or 1 hour at 35°C. After that first layer, laying second layer of fibre glass cloth of 45 GSM when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. The final coat should also be applied at a minimum wet film thickness of 1 mm and finished in one direction. Pre-dampening of the surface is not necessary when applying the second coat.

M & L for injection grouting of slab / beam/ floor surface by fixing 12 mm dia PVC nozzles and pressure injection by cement slurry of 50 kg cement mixed pidicrete SM 225 gms of M/s pidilite industries Ltd or cabex 100 of M/S Fosroc Chemicals ) with pressure not less than 2 kg/Sqm including necessary drilling, nozzles, plugging, chemical materials etc, as per manufacturer’s instructions for grouting complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for designer swimming pool (Jhonson or other equivalent make) tiles of 7-8 mm thick of size as required as approved by Engr-in-Charge as in floor and wall of swimming pool laid on 6mm thick base of fosroc nitotile MPA Grey/ white or coloured chemical with high performance polymer modified multipurpose tiles adhesive @ approx 7.0 Kg/sqm for 6mm thick layer using 6mm x 6mm square notch trowel or other equivalent make of tile adhesive. The tiles laid with spacer to maintain 4 to 6 mm joint gap in between of two tiles in all around and the joints of tiles should be filled by epoxy 3k tiles grouts chemical of asian paint or other equivalent make to match the surface with tiles etc incl pool fitting such as internal cove, external/internal angle etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. All materials which is to be used shall be approved before start of work at site alongwith samples and manufacture instruction for use of materials with pamlets. 2. The work should be carried out by tile manufacture or chemical manufacture or their authorized agent at site as per manufacture instruction only.)

S&F in repairs stainless steel grating doom of size 100mm and inserted in swimming pool tiles by making of holes in tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition existing roof treatment of any thickness and preparation of old concrete surface with wire brush and cleaning to remove all foregin materials and washing with water to remove all loose particles from the roof surface etc and remove rubbish upto 1.0 Km from site etc completes all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing 10mm thick polymer modified plaster in ratio 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement with solid contents not less than 30%) over slab and after that applying a priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, and after that applying 1st coat of solvent based polyurethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than or equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm and applying 2nd coat solvent based polyurathene liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than or equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm over dried 1st coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm nominal outside diameter single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and necessary sockets, bend etc fixed to wall incl brackets or hold fastner Incl taking down of old pipe from surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls surfaces and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade in two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm on external surface incl preparation of surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair FRP swimming pool overflow grating (Heavy duty) 20-25mm thick and size as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for providing and fixing polished finish stainless steel (Grade 304) frame work for grating, railing, staircase, baluster, hand rail, post etc made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 on the top of floor or the side of swimming pool wall etc with suitable arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing with wall or beam to vertical surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
