Rate contract for Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 7 TR High Precision Package Air- Conditioning units at various T E Bldgs. under BSNL Electrical Zone Patna.( Single Stage Bidding and Two Stage Opening)

Comprehensive maintenance of 7TR microprocessor based Precision package AC unit including all items as per the specifications/conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc. to keep the AC unit & connected equipments operational upto the required standards complete as required Note :1) Operation of AC unit is not required 2) Minimum Four Visits required Annually i) First Year

ii) Second Year

Supplying and charging of refrigerant gas R-410/407 in the existing HPAC units as reqd.

Leak testing and flushing with Nitrogen i/c pressure testing etc. complete as reqd. (for each circuit)

Chemical cleaning of Condenser unit, removing all dirt and blockages if necessary etc. complete as reqd. (for 1 no 7 TR Package AC unit).

Replacement of following faulty spares parts by new one i/c dismantling of the faulty one, connections, testing etc complete as reqd. (a) Drier filter

b) Condenser fan blade

Replacement of faulty compressor with new one scroll compressor suitable for 7 TR HPAC unit i/c brazing, making connections with the pipelines, welding commissioning trial and testing etc complete as reqd. (Note- Dismantled compressor will be property of agency for which credit will be given by firm while quoting tender.). (Min. Warranty for compressor will be 12 months)

Rewinding of condenser Motor with suitable size copper conductor wire, cotton cloth, heat varnishing, trial and testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Min. Warranty for 6 months).
