Repair to existing surface pavement by cutting inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air and washing with chemical water solution, priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34 kg/sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with epoxy mortar, including disposal of rubbish to a distance 250m but n.exc 500m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The washing agent shall of 15% diluted hydrochloride, epoxy resin primer of NITOPRIME 25 brand of M/s FOSROC Industries and epoxy mortar shall be of NITOMORTORs brand of M/s FOSROC Industries or equivant of makes as listed hereinafter.
Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated materials rock/ concrete slab exc 1.50 Km but not exc 5.00 km and deposite where complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150mm, M15 with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum using 25mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix, spread, rolled and cosolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary machenical sensor paver tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but n.exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excces quantity of cement than the minimum is use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) DLC shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification
Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in layers 10mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for filling shall 1.18mm single size and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve.
M & L for Polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b) Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
M&L for Pavment Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavemnt of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including traingular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 200mm to 330mm as per site requirement all as specified including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (c) Cost of admixtures fibers to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
Supply only polyster non circular/ trangular synthetic fibers 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.4 recon complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming construction/expansion joint, 24mm deep amd 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) provision polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drowing and all specified and directed. Note:- (a) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand "DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40kg/sqm 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant (d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete

M&L for removing existing PU flooring of any type and thickness applied with any adhesive and preparing the dry concrete surface using mild scarification /grinding equipment to remove any loose material, contaminations and laitance, removal of oil and grease by burning method and removing of existing paints of any thickness to provide a sound, levelled, fine gripping surface and cutting 6mm groove with 1 mtr interval in both direction including cleaning the entire floor area using a powerful industrial vaccum cleaner with filling of small chips, minor imperfections, dead cracks, pot holes, construction joint and making good the existing damaged concrete with good quality epoxy mortar screed of aPproved make and repair of broken concrete surface with sound quality of Micro concrete over the epoxy resin concrete bonding coat primer Cipoxy 14 of M/s Cipy Polyurethane Pvt Ltd or other equivalent make complete all as specified and directed. Note : All work to be done by authorised OEM applicator only.
M&L for average 5 mm (minimum thickness) polyurethane flooring in such a way to bring uniformity in levels of top surface with applying medium to heavy duty, solid colour three component, water dispersed polyurethane based self-smoothening floor 5 mm thickness (scratch coat+body coat) having scratch coat 1 mm thick and body coat 4mm thick of approved make complete all as specified and directed. Note : All work to be done by authorized OEM applicator only.
M&L for racking out joints having grade B/PU or any type filler upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 20 mm, cleaning all loose particle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers etc fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free) having 3mm recess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tape complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No 13 above but width of joint 21 to 40mm.
