Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in , lacing courses , copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerbs around tiles, paver block water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as doors or gates, grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, complete all as specified.

Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia wieght per square metre N exc 4 kg complete all as specified.

Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm complete all as specified.

50 mm thick, cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in floors finished even & smotth using extra cement, complete all as specified.

50 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified.

75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block glossy finish, of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified. NOTE:- WPC will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on new plastered / unplastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

100mm thick soling ( or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone inter stices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

Cement concrete work 250 mm or less thick in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 45 kg / Sq.cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre including necessary sepration membrane as per PS Clause 20.5 and from work and bull nosing, rounding off edges finish by brooming / belting etc. laid in single layer complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide including filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide including filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified.

Dismantling expanded metal any thickness or mesh fixed with steel or wood fillets if any weight per square metre n exc 4 kg/sq.m complete all as specified.
