Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of pipes and making bottom surfaces of excavation leveled complete all as

Ditto all as per item No 1 above but additional depth exc 1.5 mtr and not exc 3.0 mtr beyond the first 1.5mtr

Returning, filling in trenches with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed

Removing surplus soil / spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed

Supply & Lay Ductile Iron Pipe 300mm K-9 Class Spigot & Socket type ISI marked/ IS:8929 with all necessary fitting and fixture any type complete all as directed Note : Tenderer shall visit the site to know where pipe to be laid on slop/ Hilly area before quote the rate.

Supply & Lay Ductile Iron Pipe 150mm K-9 Class Spigot & Socket type ISI marked/ IS:8929 with all necessary fitting and fixture any type complete all as directed. Note : Tenderer shall visit the site to know where pipe to be laid on slop/ Hilly area before quote the rate.

M&L for ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type ,radius , angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc),Tee piece, single branch Y junction double branch collar, blank flanges caps and plugs etc as per IS:9523-2000 of class K-12 PN -1.6 with internal cement mortor lining and external cement mortor lining and external zinc black bitumen coated of dia 150-300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve Pit Chember of size 900x900x750 mm (Internal Dimension) with block masonry including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of spoil to a distance .exc 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone cruched stone aggregate), 15 mm thick plaster work in CM (1:4) over all internal and external wall with white wash of both surface and MS sheet cover of suitable thickness for with hinges, equal angle iron frame and necessary locking arrangement painting of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer on MS Plate all as specified and directed .

S&F Butterfly Valve (wafer type) class PN 1.6 300mm, ISI marked with SG Iron Disc, Lever/Gear Oparated,Nitrile/ EPDM rubber lining Seat Test Pressure 1.76MPa (Hyd) ISI marked including tail piece of 150mm dia MS Pipe with flange, necessary welding work to all minor fixing arrengement and taking down of old valves complete all as directed. Make : Zoloto Atr No 1078 or equivalent in makes as mentioned at makes list in PS

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavements, hard standing by Trenchless Technology using Ultra Sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of upto 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed for passing DI Pipe of bore size 150 mm. Note : Damages to any existing cable/ pipeline if any, will be repaired immediately by the Contractor and cost for the repair is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking up Cast Iron water mains 300mm bore size (including all fittings),with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including necessary excavation and burning out joints complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm size graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete and all necessary accessories for making foundation below pipeline/ anchoring pipeline including demolition of existing concrete in ground floor and paving exc. 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Existing Chainlink Fencing and refixing the same after completion of Pipeline laying and making good to disturbed surface complete all as to match with existing surface complete all as directed.
