REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF FLOOR TILES, WALL TILES AND SANITARY FITTINGS TO CERTAIN MD ACCN IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE(AF) JAMMU

Taking down cement plaster,existing wall tile/mosaic in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Vitrified Light/dark shade tiles double charge 9 to 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm in wall/skirting with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the shade, pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Ceramic matte digital wall external tiles Light/dark shade 9 to 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular ) polished , size of each 300mmx600mm, in wall/skirting with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the shade, pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 300x600 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles of premium quality as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying at site complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & fair without using extra cement upto the 4 th storey complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as spd and directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Notes:-Dismantled material should be thrown out of the defence line at govt approved dumping area.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hacking of floors) to match shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Vitrified Light/dark/Highlighter shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors in repair,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hakcking of floors) to match shade, pattern, laying etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
