Annual Rate Contract for Miscellaneous Civil Maintenance Works inside HWBF (TDP), C/o RCF Ltd. 74

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Demolishing R.C.C. slab, R.C.C. wall of any thickness, R.C.C. beams, joists, R.C.C. columns, piles, pile caps etc., in any thickness and size manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work in lime or cement mortar including plaster, paint, etc. manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead

Dismantling old plaster or skirting manually / Mechanical means up to 12 mtr. height including raking out joints, cleaning the surface for plaster, Scaffolding,complete cleaning of plastered surface,disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within plant premises etc.all complete as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (erection & de-erection of scaffolding is included in item of work.)

Dismantling of tiles/Flooring /Dado :- Dismantling tile work /floors laid in cement mortar for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm including stacking of useful material within 50 metres lead and disposal of waste material outside the plant premises with all lead and lifts all complete as per drawings, specifications and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

straight cutting in non- asbestos polypropylene reinforced cement corrugated, semi-corrugated 6 mm thick sheet roofing /Claddind/ventilators for making openings of area not exceeding 0.5 square meter for chimney stacks,cable trays,venilation duct, skylights including scafolding up a heght of 25 mtr. from ground etc.all complete as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer-in charge.Scaffolding required for the work will be measured in item no1.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground for door/ window/ clerestory window.
