Material and labour for MS sheet plain in edges of manhole cover and similar work cut to size holes punched and fixed to RCC manhole cover edges riveted or welded including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning & testing Energy Efficient type (Level-II) transformer step down 11/0.433 KV as per IS 1180-2014 Level-2), copper wound outdoor type AC, 3ph, 4 wire 50 Hz filtered & Dehydratd tranformer oil and standard fittings/acccesories of capacity 160 KVA naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary (HV side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) having taping + 2.5, 5, 7.5% to be varied by a manually operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of oil, all fitting and accessories and mounting all as specified. The transformer shall have HT bushing on high voltage side and LT bushing and LT cable end box on low voltage side with neutral brough out side for earth connection all as specified and directed. Transformer shall be mounted on poles. NOTE: (a) HT pole, Cross arms, GOD, Lightning Arrester to be measured and paid separately under respective item. SCH A SEC X PRIME COST SUM (For Modular Kitchen including all accessories as decided by CWE Prime Cost Sum inserted in this Sch will be considered as one item. The bidder shall quote lump sum amount against this item and accordingly percentage shall be derived automatically by the system in the Excel Sheet BOQ based on the amount quoted against this item by the bidder. Percentage above or below quoted by the bidder shall be subject to a maximum of 15% (above) and shall be taken as the PC Sum percentage irrespective of the percentage (if derived more than 15%) derived actually from the quoted amount.
