Supply and erection of 7m height Hot dip galvanised Octagonal Pole made of HT steel of grade S355 of BSEN 10025 with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3mm thich GI sheet along with base plate of size 200 x 200 x 16 mm thich with including all earthwork. Suitable RCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation 4 Nos of M24x7500mm long 'J' type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template junction box with one 6A SP MCB and 16 sqmm Stud type connector (three phase 63 Amps, Bakelite sheet suitable for 4Cx16 sqmm cable and Galvanized bracket of length 0.75m for fixing LED street light as directed. Note :- Dia of the bracket should be as per LED light fittings manufacturer's recommendendation.
Supply and fixing of MS Junction boxes (Outdoor type) of size 600mm X 600mm X 700mm depth, fabricated with 3.15mm thick MS sheets duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer pedestal mounted on angular iron frame including 320 Amps MCCB, 4 Pole capacity on and locking arrangement with steel sliding bolts & air vent gasket for the natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armored cable of adequate size of gland complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rate includes the cost of earthwork and PCC for grouting the panel with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 90 CM below the ground level and 60 CM above the ground level.
Material and labor for maintenance-free earthing with 17.2mm dia minimum 3m length copper coated (minimum 200 microns) earth electrode with minimum 65 x 10mm, 3mm thickness copper coated flat with holes on the top of the copper bonded rod for connecting the copper earth strip. The cost includes drilling a hole of 85mm in diameter using mechanical/hydraulic boring/drilling. The copper-boded electrode to be placed in the hole and the surrounding area shall be filled with EEM (Earth Enhancing material) with the suggested proportion of excavated soil. The copper bonded electrode is to be connected with 25 mmx3mm copper strip using a copper/brass nut bolt of size 8 mm with copper washer near the top end of the earth electrode is to be connected to Copper strip 25mmx3mm as main earthing lead using copper /brass bolt, nuts, washers, check nuts and strip firmly, earth lead to be connected to earth test point made of phosphorous bronze/gunmetal of size 75mmx75mmx25mm drill and screwed including 03 no.8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for inspection chamber (earth pit) of size 300mmx300mm internal with 100 mm thick at side i.e. total 500mmx500 mm outer side & 300 mm depth with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle etc including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.
M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually depth not less than 75 cm for insertion of GI Pipe of size 100 mm bore light grade for short length complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated,indoor, overhead traveling (EOT) cranes, totaly enclosed (Flame proof) conforming to IS : 3177 (latest revision), suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wires, 50 HZ supply, double girder box type, with necessary steel supporting structures as per drg no. CE(AF)/PRZ/1207/STR-IGLOO MISC Sheet 1(R)/2, with Hoisting, Cross Travel (CT), and Long Travel (LT) with micro drives through clutch and geared motor of suitable capacities with control panel, power and controlling cables, confirming to relevant IS, controlled by pendent push button station of operation, with and including the followings:

(vii) Brakes for all drives shall be self aligning type, Electro-magnetic shoe / disc brakes type to hold the mechanism in position instantaneously as soon as the power supply is 'OFF' either accidentally or intentionally for all motions shunt brakes (viii) Lifting Hook : Drop Forged with latch, Plain ‘C’ type, Swiveling on Thrust Bearing, Duly tested as per IS: 15560 (latest version) (ix)Rope Drum : Shall be of fabricated type stress relieved or seamless pipe. The circumferential weld joints shall be tested by 100% X-Ray quality (Please mention the size). (x) Hoist Wire Rope Details: confirming to IS: 2266 with Fiber core.
(xii) Guards : All the moving parts should be duly covered with guards as per safety norm. Proper guard / cover / tray to prevent falling of bolts from coupling etc should also be provided, wherever required. (Contractor to provide details) (xiii) Buffers (End Stoppers) : Buffers of adequate size shall be provided (xiv)Maintenance Platform : Maintenance / service platform of load carrying capacity apprx. 250 Kgs. of sufficient width shall be provided & fixed through bolted joints only. A hand railing sufficient height Contractor to provide and toe guard (Min 100mm) shall also be provided. Platform shall have anti-skid grating. (xviii)Trailing Cables : Trailing cables (Extra flexible having copper conductors only) should be traveling on rollers moving on separate I- Beam parallel to Bridge Girder and both for LT & CT shall be supplied and Erected by supplier. (xix) Illumination : 2 Nos. of 150 Watts LED Lamps & fittings shall be provided under the Bridge and 1 No. shall be provided under CT Trolley. Fittings shall be of non-integral type. (Total lights 3 Nos.).
(xx) Painting Instruction : (a) Surface Cleaning: Girder to be shot blasted or chemically treated for surface cleaning, after completion of all operations but prior to painting. Contractor to furnish the details of facilities for Shot Blasting M/c at their / OEM's works. (b) Painting: One coat of Red Oxide Primer with 25 micron DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and 48 hours of compusory curing after painting. The crane should be thoroghly cleaned and final painting with two coats Enamel Paint (Colour-Golden Yellow) each with a DFT of 25 micron and intemittent curing of 16 hours. Final touching will be done after errection & commissioning at site if required. (xxi) All other incidental, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical works. (xxii) Design of EOT crane shall be approved by CWE.
Notes for EOT Crane item : 1. The various dimensions given above are approximate. Drawings showing Plans, Elevations, Sections and Structural details are enclosed. The contractor is advised to verify the drawings as well as visit the site of work for accurate measurements of these dimensions. In any case before undertaking fabrication work the contractor must ascertain the final finished dimensions. 2. The subject crane is meant for the purpose of handling Explosive . All eletrical component must be housed in totally enclosed (IP 66) enclosures. 3. The department shall be responsible for providing suitably rated electrical outlet in the Main Electrical Control Panel/Main Distribution Board of the buildings. All other works, electrical earthings and associated incidental and minor works shall be the responsibility of the contractor. 4. Additional features to be provided in graders for manual operation through chain pulley of suitable capacity not less than 5 ton lifting in case of failure of EOT crane. 5. A set of artificial test load not less than 125% capacity of rated load of EOT crane, made out of steel structural box type and suitable sling & cradle as per manufacturer guidelines shall be provided at site for periodic load testing of crane. 6. The EOT crane shall be tested as per IS provision at factory premises with 125% load of the rated load. Testing officer shall be nominated by Accepting officer. 7. The Pre-commissioning test of EOT crane be carried out at site after installation by testing officer nominated by testing officer nominated by Accepting officer. 8. Following IS Code shall be followed for the EOT crane :- IS 13558, 13559, 13834, 13870, 14470, 14475, 226, 800, 2062, 1377, 8686 and ISO 9373 including all amendment to IS/ISO time to time.

(iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.
M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode (600x600x6)mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip ( 32x6 )mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed.
Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. M & L for flame proof wiring with and including single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn through and including suitable size of stove enamelled rigid steel conduit with accessories as concealed wiring for housing of flame proof push button switches/ socket, etc complete with and including 2.5 sqmm fire FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc to match with existing surface for following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note: Cost of flexible wire in suitable size stove enameled conduit for both light fittings considered as one point

All as per above item but with FRLSH copper wire 4 sqmm for 15 Amp socket point Complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, but 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire in suitable size GI pipe (Medium grade) completely all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in gorund or drawn in counduit/ppe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x3mm copper strip aongwith suitable size epoxy insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing of flame proof exhaust fan 450mm sweep, metal body, industrial type, single phase including fixing arrangement on wall and connecting copper cable with PVC flexible conduit of suitable dia upto nearest rose complete all as specified and directed
Supply and fixing of Air ventilation fan 150mm sweep, PVC body, single phase including fixing arrangement on wall and connecting copper cable with PVC flexible conduit of suitable dia upto nearest rose complete all as specified and directed
Supply and fixing of BLDC celing fan 1200mm sweep including handing arrangement complete all as specified and directed
M&L for construction of RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 below foundation RCC M-25 designation in wall, base stable, baffle wall and roof slab in beam etc. with vent shaft, manhole opening with connection etc. complete effective depth 1.4m and overall depth of 3m for 10 users complete all as specified as shown in drawing No. TD/217 sheet 1/2 and 2/2
M&L for construction of 1.2m dia x 3 m effective depth of soakage wells, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wall of honey combed masonry with top ring M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC, cover slab in M-25/SRFC cover, inter-connecting pipe of PVC complete filled with bricks bats of size, complete all as specified as shown in drawing No. TD/576 sheet 1/2 and 2/2
M&L for 110mm bore PVC pipe and single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavation work shall be measured and paid under earthwork schedule.
