Hire and labour charges for errecting platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Idol Immersion Carnival, 2024.

Hire and labour charges for erecting of temporary pandel (50' X 28' X 20'-ceiling ht) with Steel Truss Post, Beam approx Clear Span of 17mtr and Bamboo runner with water proof tarpaulin cover, colour cloth ceiling under the pandel, jhalore & facia of colour cloth on front & sides and covering the post with coloured cloth with necessary arrangement for installation of LED/Digital Screen of size:-32' X 14' to Back Wall as per direction and satisfaction of E-in-C.

Designer colour cloth ceiling of dias & rest room etc. with double layer clothing (all cloth will be treated with fire retardant chemical before use) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Idol Immersion Carnival, 2024.

Colour cloth walling on wood on batton frame at the inside and outside of the pandel and for vew cutter etc. (all cloth will be treated with fire retardant chemical before use) including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2024.

Temporary Octonum Paneling/ Partition 2.50 mtr. ht.Frame work made by octonum vertically post 2.50 mtr. height & horizontal section top & bottom 1.00 mtr. c/c including pre laminated octonum sheet complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Idol Immersion Carnival, 2024.

Hiring iron chairs with cushion, white jacket tied with blue ribbon for VIPs arranging properly on the dias & VIP enclosure carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2024.

Hire and labour charges for erection of temporary structure [Overall size : 6000mm (Height) x 8000 mm (Span) X 3500 mm (Width)] made with pre-fabricated hardened alumunium alloy having weldability and high proof stress (around 250 Mpa), hightensile strength (around 310 Mpa) & high sheer strength (around 250 Mpa) and having base made of steel structure assembled with necessary nuts & bolts and brasing for commissioning LED screen of 24' length & 10' height in hydraulic lifting arrangement along Red Road complete in all respect as per the satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge on the occasion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2024. The rate should inclusive of taxes and all incidental charges. Complete the work in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Hire and labour charges of temporary toilet block in Reserved are of size 12' x 16' with wooden platform, laying synthetic carpet & framing Octonum panelling of 2.5 m height including door shutter & supplying fitting & fixing of O.H. Tank, Basin, VIP Comod, Mirror & other necessary fittings at Red Road East side on the occasion of Durgapuja Carnival 2024. The cost inclusive of taxes, carriages, labour and all other incidental charges complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for supplying of glass topped central table of size 2' X 1.5' aloiing with suitable table cloth including carriage of tables to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2024.

Supplying on hire basis 2 seater sofa for VIPs arranging properly including carriage etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in -charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2024.

Supply, fitting and fixing flex with batten frame of approved design as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Idol Immersion Carnival, 2024.
