E/M WORKS Dismantling and taking down HPSV/HPMV/Gate light fitting and bollards of any type or size for repair and replacement of worn out accessories and fixing on bracket on pole/wall after repair all as specified and as directed (worn out accessories or components to be measured and paid separately as supply only).

Taking down of worn out junction box including complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light 72 W LED comes with pressure die cast housing, toughened glass and indiuidual LED's with secondary optics and IP 66 protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light 200 W LED comes with pressure die cast housing, toughened glass and indiuidual LED's with secondary optics and IP 66 protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix weather proof street light junction box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm including MCB SP 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hensel/Sintex/Universal Switch Gear control . Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exe.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipes, cables or for fixing poles and stays/tower or for laying pipes (where provided for protection of cable) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in approved soft/loose soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exe. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to electric cable with clean dry sand 8 cm thick layer before laying of cable in trenches and 15 cm thick after the cable is laid in trenches/cable ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay sub-class 'B' bricks (old size) for protection of under ground electric cables, laid flat in trenches, abutting each other perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular Pole, as per IS:2713 (Part-II) 1980,as per 410 SP-31, 9.00 mtr top turn to double- swan-neck shape bracket and M.S base plate- 300X300X6mm welded at bottom complete all as specified and as directed.
