| 1The Annual Maintenance rate of Routine servicing and Mtc. of Generator Set & control panelof 30 KVA DG Set. The DG Set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of petty material required to complete the job. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery oil, filters battery leads, temperature gauge, oil filters, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, greasing of minor parts and other minor repair for proper working of the Gen set (Overhauling of Engine, Rewinding of Alternator, Repair of Self Starter is not covered in this contact). The other major components will be charged extras required at site on actual work done basis. The job includes checking control penal and checking of all connections etc. If Gen Set is in breakdown for more than 12 Hours then plenty of Rs. 400/per day will be imposed. The job includes checking control panel and checking of all connections etc. The Annual Maintenance includes Routine Checking and replacing of Coolant, air filter, oil filter, Diesel filter and o rings, ring gasket, Engine oil of approved make (Each DG set 2 services in a year). Both the DG Set at Petrol Pump Sec-51 & IA- Ph-2 must be in working condition in AMC Period as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (01 Set = 02 Nos. of DG set) | |||||
