Development of Lawn and Tile Path of Sub Centre at Sebdan

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing & laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block machine with strong vibratory compaction & of approved size & design /shape laid in required colour & pattern over & including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc, all complete as per direction of EiC

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel(Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes channels,plates etc, incl welding ,grinding ,buffing,polishing & making curvature(wherever required) & fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts complete,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners ,stainless steel bolts etc of required size , on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements a sper approval of EiC.

Providing & engaging one hydraulic excavator (JCB) of suitable capacity for carrying out surface dressing,cutting,scraping, levelling,grading & dressing of ground to the requires grade including removal of humps,filling of depressions , loading of excavated material wherever required,complete. The item shall include all operational charges, fuel, lubricants, operator ,maintenance,mobilization/demobilization,carriage of machinery to & from the site,engagement of tipper(s) for carriage ,loading,unloading & disposal/stacking of excavated or surplus material for all leads & lifts as directed by EiC, together with tools,tackles & incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work.

Supplying ,stacking & spreading of good earth at site including royalty(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment), including mechanical carriage upto 05 km.Complete job
