Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.07 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.07, a sum amounting to 1percent of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The tender fee is non-refundable

The employer reserves the rights to reject one or all tenders without assigning any reason

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E- procurement portal.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Commissioner (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the original documents before approval.

All the items in the tender include all lead, lifts, labour, loading, unloading, transportation, hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works, and all other incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge of this work

Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.

The Item rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on construction materials and other taxes as per rates provided in prevailing Govt orders at the time of execution and including cost and conveyance of all materials curing, loading and unloading with all lead and lifts, labour, hire charges of machineries and equipment etc., complete and all other incidental charges. All the items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent

Units, Rates and Prices shall be quoted by the tender in Indian Rupees only

The bidder shall submit valid ESI and EPF licenses issued by the concerned department and must have been an EPF/ESI contributing employer for the last three years. Documentary evidence supporting compliance, including receipts for the most recent three months, shall be furnished along with the bid.
