Disconnecting of electric connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 500 ltrs per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the sytem fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for:- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts,washers,union,sockets,flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/desludging,cleaning and washing of the solar panel , hot water pipes,copper tubes,hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and reassembling the panel including welding of collector fins as required. (c) Painting of staging,solar panel frame,hot water frame with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description. (d) All other materials shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but of capacity 300 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solar energy Master collector panel madeof aluminium body with toughened glass complete with copper fins of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (fixing including in rate of srl item no-1) Make -TATA BPSOLAR/BHEL/SOLCHROME /STAR TECH/NOVEL/ENERGY NEW DELHI .

Supplying and fixing as in replacement solar panel toughened glass having thickness 5mm all as per the existing model of system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ,as in replacement ,solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight,dust and water proof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supplying and fixing compressed glass wool 48 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesive all as directed all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:3 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed ston and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F framed work such as grills ,grating etcwith ends of bars shouldered and/or rivetted or forged into spikes,framed guard bars,barred iron doors,ladders ,framed balusters,walk ways ,railing,frame work of cold water tanks mounting frame not exc 2.5 mtr high.

M&L nut & bolts Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squarenut,not exc 5cm long suitable for jointing flate plate collector.

M&L as in repairs for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm drawn in existing conduit with and including PVC FRLS insulated 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire drawn into existing concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.Note : PVC cables two single core and one single core of sizes as mentioned will be considered as one unit.

Disconnecting electrical/mechanical connections and taking down existing u/s storage type water heater (Geyser) Capacity 25 ltrs of any make,type and size by unscrewing nuts,bolts,washers and transporting to store yard of MES at Fazilka(site of repairs) where necessary repairs to be carried out, opening up , inspecting the defects jointly by contractor or his rep and Engg-in-charge,making joint inventories of defects to be rectified and spared to be replaced , re-assembling after repairs and replacement of spares, transporting back to the location from where taken down and fixing in original position and making the water and electrical connections, testing and making functional ect complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of spare parts such as Inner assembly, inner tank, glass wool & outer body shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only inner water storage tank made out of ultra thick stainless steel of superior 304 grade of existing size,type and make suitable for geyser of 25 Ltrs capacity etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make: BAJAJ/HAVELLS/V GUARD/RACOLD/ORIENT

Supply and fixing MS outer cover as per existing thickness with nuts , bolts,clamps,brackets duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun over a coat of red oxide primer rubber clamps base plate,screws etc for storage type water heater of capacity 25 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Supply only geyser inner assembly of brass with inlet/outlet & over flow provision rubber washer suitable for 25 ltrs capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement heating element 1500 watt of suitable triangular shape and size,any specification, confirming to ISI with PVC rubber washer clamps type all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make: Daspass/Recold/Bajaj

M&L legging to pipes used in water supply or plumbing all around with 25 mm thik bonded mineral wool of density 144 kg/ Cum confirming to IS 9842 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Disconnection of GI pipe connection & removing the unserviceable hot water tank from its mounting & transporting to the site of repairs. Stripping up the outer tank & removing isolation media and taking out the inner shell (hot water storage tank). Removing the leakage of hot water shell connection plate & testing it by filling the water after repair, removing the water & re-fixing the inner shell of hot water tank in its outer tank. Re-filling the old isolation media (glass wool) including filling up the new isolation media and making connection of complete inner/outer hot water tank & transporting back to its original place of work & re-fixing in its original position. Note:- Additional isolation media (glass wood) shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item)
