(A) Engine: Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application conforming CPCB IV+ norms and IS standards with a shaft out put of 56 HP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, air cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc.(Kirloskar Green / Cummins)

(C) Engine Instrument Panel / Mounted: Starting push botton / starting key, lubricating oil, temperature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, safety control for low lubricating oil, pressure, safety control for high water temperature, safety control for over speed, hour meter (mechnical) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous at full load.

D)ALTERNATOR: 58.5kVA/46.8kW Capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms.

E) STANDARD CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel (cubical) should be vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet and floor mounted with suitable hinged glass doors and enamel painted. The panel should be microprocessor based complete with suitable Square/ Rectangular copper bus bars with internal connections and with necessary cables and other accessories and with tapings for the incoming supply from the alternator and for the outgoing supply to the load and incorporating Suitable MCCB and HRC fuses, Set of control fuses, etc. with following facilities.

1. UNDER / OVER LIMIT i. High coolant Temperature ii. Low lube oil pressure iii. Over speed iv. Start fail v. Emergency stop vi. Over load 2. FAULT INDICATIONS: i. LLOP - Low Lub. oil pressure ii. 3.Metering & Protective relaying: i) Multi function Digital panel meter with the functions of Ammeter , Voltmeter, Frequency Meter, Power factor meter, KW meter, KWHr Meter .- 1No 2) Current transformers of suitable ratio. – Set of 3Nos. 3) Earth fault relay – 1No

F.FUEL TANK minimum 165 litres fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance.

G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV+ norms as amended

H. BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment.

I) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCBIV+ norms floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions and compliance to IS standards.

Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 58.5KVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. as approved by competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms.

J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation.

K)Supply of manuals for operation & maintenance of DG set with warranty card etc.

M)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. The Genset engine and alternator make should be approved by department officials before used on work.

Erection, testing and Commissioning

Erection of Gen set:- Providing suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with sand cushion all around the foundation erection of 58.5 KVA Generator set over the existing foundation and erection of Generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation to suit 58.5 Gen set foundationof Suitable size.

Preparation of Site plan, physical layout electrical schematic diagram (6 Sets) getting drawing approval from CEIG, preparation of completion report rectification report etc. arranging CEIG inspection, paying CEIG inspection fees and obtaining safety certificate from CEIG.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply erection, testing and commissioning of 2.0 TR (6000 K.cal/Hr) ABS Plastic Split type Inverter Air conditioner conforming to IS 1391 (Part-2) 1992 with Amdt No. 1 to 2 fitted with inverter compressor operating on refrigerant of non CFC suitable for wall mounting for operation on 230V, 50HZ single phase AC supply with 5 star rating as per BEE specification and capable of performing the functions 1) Cooling 2) Dehumidifying 3) Air circulating 4) Filtering

This installation works for the above split type AC units including the following (1) Mounting /Fitting Indoor and Outdoor units at their respective Locations. (2) Laying refrigerant pipe line of required length connecting both units after drilling hole/ holes in the wall if required. Thickness of the copper tubing shall not be less than 0.8 mm (3) Insulating the suction pipe with expanded polyethylene foam 5mm tubing. (4) Laying 1.5mm dia flexible PVC drain pipe to throw out the condensate water being formed within the indoor unit.

(5) Leak testing the entire system unit. (6) Charging refreigerantgas in the unit. (7) Suitable electric wiring to be provided with in 2.5sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire between indoor and outdoor units upto 6 mtrs length and upto switch within 3 mtrs of location of indoor unit.
