Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork on flat surface to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions on rough square or rectangular surface complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as spd.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M & L for TMT mild steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S & F high tension steel wire rope with galvanised iron wires (SWR) lockable with tightening arrangement at one end and firmly fixed with clamp at other end made of 8 to 10 mm sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- No extra payment shall be made for locking and tightening arrangements to be fixed for full tightening of the wire rope.

M & L for U clamp (EN-9 Grade) for 8 mm dia steel wire rope (SWR) complete all as specified.

S & F cast iron work grade FG 150, machined, in pulleys and similar articles not exceeding 5 kg each complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F stainless steel (SS-304) wiremesh welded type net for antibird netting of size 20mm x 20 mm aperture and 2.0 mm dia of wire fixed on cables without any sag height upto 5.0 m incl necessary fixtures viz SS supports/hangers/suspenders, SS screws, SS staples, SS hook & eye type bukles and SS binding wires etc as per manufatures instructions using scaffolding/crane/man lifter with safety precautions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified.

M & L for Fe-410-W(Gde?E-250) quality plate girder or single stanchions,built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Fe-410-W(Gde?E-250) quality?for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces incl preparation of existing surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all specified.

M & L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of extrior weather proof water base emulsion paint as per approved shade incl preparation of exiting surfaces on walls in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coat of extrior weather proof water base emulsion paint as per approved shade incl complete removal of existing treatment on walls in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specifed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-I (1:2:4) bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, apex stones slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

S&F for stainless steel turn buckle 1 feet long for tighting of wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
