Production of packaged drinking water from R.O. based months fully automatic drinking water pouch filling plant at Haringhata Bottling Plant by providing sufficient skilled operator for Pouch filling machine Chiller and Helper etc. The Agency will provide man power for smooth operation and one no. security personnel at the bottling plant as directed by E.I.C. This does not include any spares and raw materials for operation and maintenance of the bottling plan

Making arrangement for Electrician visit to the plant for checking power circuits to the machineries and all accesories related to the plant , sweeping of garbag from bins of different area in side the plant, collecting from adjacent roads, intermediate path way, back side of the plant , cleaning of surrounding surface drains, cleaning of roofs including collection of dust and also mopping of inside area of the plant, rooms to ensure highest level of hygenic condition inside the plant, cleaning of all grease strains thoroughly including supply of all necessary T & P items like brooms, approved disinfectant, floor cleaner, room freshner etc. as per direction of EIC.

(Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Maintenance): Making arrangement for adequate care for day to day and weekly preventive maintenance to keep the plant healthy. All the machines and apparatus need to be cleaned and washed every time before and after use. The machines and apparatus, electrical panel board switches, switch gear etc. to be monitored and checked for its proper functioning by supplying different lubrication oil and grease for daily replenishmen Utopping of grease including changing of fuse wires, tubes, bulbs etc. Weekly Maintenance to be done preferably on weekly holiday by deploying skilled man power in WTP area (2times in month). .Raw materials to be kept properly in good condition as per direction of E.I.C.
