Daily cleaning and sweeping of corridor, common area, terrace, roads, road berms,parking area and disposal of sweeping material/sludge/rubbish/garbage & dead small animals etc. to the dustbin/dhalaoo for all lead and lift by deploying (three safai-karamchari) with T&P complete as per direction by engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Add: GST Factor @ 0.973=9,72,780.00

Note: 1. The contractor shall arrange minimum three(03) labours for daily cleaning & sweeping of entire CSC and LSC area, in case contractor fails to do so daily Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) penalty per day per person shall be recovered from the bill. 2. Due to unhygenic condition at site, if any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. The same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard. 3. The Safaikaramchari/Environment Assistant engaged for the work shall remain present from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (i.e. 8 Hours). In case the engaged Safaikaramchari/Environment Assistant found absent during said time duration, a penalty of Rs. 445/Hour/labour will be levied on the agency and will be recovered from the bill or any amount pending against the agency. 4. All the T&P shall be arranged by Contractor.
