Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using Old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) et complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but except brick only.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls etc including racking out joints, haking for key, removal of existing surface finishes and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished surface even & fair without using extra cement external surface incl mixing of water proofing compund @200ml/bag of cement used complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

All as per item No. 5 above but on other then fair faces of brickwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0(12.5mm aggregate) in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparartion of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall by rubbing down, stopping nail holes, fillings cracks with putty and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparartion of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of APEX of Dark Shade on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete as foundations, bases for columns, etc. in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete on Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete on beams in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16 above but for striupps 8mm dia and over etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork toFormwork to sides and soffits and sides of beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 75mm thick, 1:4:8 (Type D2) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness of grade M-35 with dark shade/ ultra charged/double charged complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0(12.5 mm aggregate) in side filling and rounded chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified paving tiles (any colour) of size 300 x 300 x 10mm thick, with gray cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion embeded in concrete and brick and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck in mm 5 to 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates of vertical steel posts etc and similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing of any guage & size complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire to be measured.

All as per item No. 37 above but fixing only incl restraining,resucring including making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over new surface and a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down, removing all drops and dirt complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging with 1:3;6 PCC type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and fixing only the MS door in same postion with necessary repair complete all as specified and directed.
