Removel of damaged wall plastering including all charges etc.

Plastering in CM 1:5 mix using 12mm thick including all charges etc.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface in Flooring including all labour cahrges etc

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete for 100 Sqm

Repainting -Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Re -Painting two coats with Emulsion Paint over the one coat of Priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Re-Painting Two coats over old Iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
