Supply and replacement of 5 mm thick polycarbonate sheet of existing signage board of difference size complete as per site requirement and instructions of Engineer-incharge.

Supply, installation, connection, testing & commissioning of medium intensity aviation obstruction LED light made of cast aluminium, polycarbonate glass single dome with neoprene gasket etc. complete as required as per ICAO.

Supplying and fixing of nominal 2.0 mm +/- 10% thick, 1000 mm wide Antistatic Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat confirming to IS 15652:2006 with upto date amendments suitable for 440 V installation alongwith adhesive/ resin, sealing material and similar type of taping on sealing at all joints and corners as per recommendations etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of nominal 3.0 mm +/- 10% thick, 1000 mm wide Antistatic Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat confirming to IS 15652:2006 with upto date amendments suitable for 33 KV installation alongwith adhesive/ resin, sealing material and similar type of taping on sealing at all joints and corners as per recommendations etc complete as required.

Design, Manufacturing and Supply of illuminated taxiway guidance signages of various sizes made of anodized 2 mm (nominal) thick extruded aluminum profile frame with suitable stiffening supports for structural rigidity, 1.5 mm thick aluminum back cover, 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, supporting legs, breakable coupling etc. The letters and symbols shall be internally pasted/ screen printed with required coloring. The sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LEDs strips to achieve required illumination level, drivers, internal control circuit etc. and shall operate without any flickering when operated on input source of 2.8 Amps. to 6.6 amps. series current, and having suitable arrangement for water tightness and locking arrangement etc. complete as required. The taxiway guidance signages shall be as per ICAO and confirming to technical specifications. (Legends shall be as approved by Engineer‐in‐charge). (Measurement will be made as per size of sign board sheet facia)

Installation of illuminated taxiway guidance signages of various sizes by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of nominal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 500 mm for each leg and total base of 150 mm thick cement concrete all around the board as per attached drawing including excavation, finishing, leveling of ground, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of pipe, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing, testing and commissioning etc. complete as per site conditions. (Isolating transformer, plug & receptacles, secondary cable, pipe shall be supplied by AAI). (Measurement will be made as per size of sign board sheet facia)

Design, manufacturing, supply and fixing of power distribution Single Line Diagram printed on A0 size chart along with hanging arrangment etc. complete as required as per instruction of Enginner-incharge.

Supply and fixing of coloured electrical first aid bilingual (hindi & english) chart of minimum size of 17 x 22 inch alongwith pactorius represetation etc, complete as required.

Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of 5 core x 2.5 sqmm EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, copper conductor flexible cable as per IS 9968, Part-I amended upto date and suitable for flood light high mast tower power supply etc. complete as required.

Supply of medium intensity portable LED lights with inbuilt rechargeable batteries having a minimum battery backup of 14 hours along with suitable battery charger and other accessories to clearly identify a runway/taxiway closure complete as required as per ICAO.

Supply, testing and commissioning of calibration equipement along with all accessories suitable to make the adjustment of the direction and elevation angle for existing elevated type Thorn make CAT-I approach light fittings etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of accessible toilet emergency alarm system including alarm controller, two pull cords, pull cord instruction lable with braille, reset button with re-assurance LED, sounder & braille, alarm overdoor light & sounder with all accessories and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply along with battery backup including interconnecting wiring, connection etc. complete as per site requirement and as per standard.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Three Phase Surge Protection Device (SPD) having 100 kA 10/350 micro seconds neutral to earth, 50 kA 10/350 micro sec line to neutral, limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV, shall be provided on the mains power entry point at the incomers before UPS & shall be of modular type including 16 sq. mm copper wire of approximate length 12 mtrs for connecting surge protection device in parrellel to the busbar of the main electrical panel, 63 Amp 4 pole 3 phase MCB with enclosure with all accressories as required for installing SPD etc complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 Amps multistage 3 Phase Series Power Filter with neutral protection with MOV 20kA+20KA rating in IP55 grade powder coated metal enclosure with a 63 amps service bypass changeover switch and copper inter connecting cables and end termination etc. as required to be installed in series with power supply.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 240 kA 3 phase 4 wire Energy Conversion Digital Grounding apparatus with inbuilt 100% Lightning and Surges protection, Noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0 V to be connected in parallel to the circuit. The devise should be USA Patent, confirming to CE, tested and certified as per IEC-61643-1, IEC-61000-4-5, IEC-61000-6-1, IEC61000-6-3, ISO14001-2004 in Pre wired metal enclosure with pulverulent body painting including all accessories as required.

Providing & creating of CPRI tested earth pits material using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20 kgs, ISO Tube advanced chemical earth tube made with k type copper tube of 2.5” dia, 8 fts. long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connections, excavation and re-filling etc. as required as per specification.

Supply and laying of 25x3 mm copper strip on surface and wall including fixing accessories as required.
