ITEM NO.1 Comprehensive maintenance contrcat (Routine, preventive and Breakdown) of different make Window/Split type airconditioners and water coolers etc as per scope of work attached. (Non Inverter Window/Split AC-3 to 14 years old & Inverter AC-3 to 14 years old) NOTE- (1) Tenderer are requested to check physically the window, split ACs & water cooler at site before quoting the rate. Further, quoted rate inclusive all taxes. (2) On award of work, the ACs will be handed over to contractor in as it is condition
