Dismantling of Mild steel rusted valley gutter, eave gutter, etc of any discription & removing to store or as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of old asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings with proper safety arrangement & removing to store or as directed by EIC.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all & removing to store or as directed by EIC.

S&F mild steel valley gutter 3 mm/3.15mm thick including bending, turning up to required shape & size, welded attachment with all necessary items which is required at the site. (Fe410-Wgde E-250 Quality A ).

Fixing only of pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (Except sheet) 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Fixing of 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet (Except sheet), corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. (Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts)

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws and silica sealing compound, profile, shape & size as per site requieremnt. Make: Tata, BSL, Jindal. (Make & colour will be decided by EIC.)

S&F of 6.0mm thick non asbestos corrugated roofing sheet with polyproplene fibre for reinforcment of the product, supply width 1050.0 mm Covered width 1010mm, complete fixed with GI Nut , Diamond shape Galvanised steel washer, Diaomand shape sealing nuprene bituminous washr galvanised 'L' or 'J' hook as per IS-14871 incl. refixing of MS old wind ties complete. (Make: Ramco, Charminar, Jindal, Everest)

S & F of pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Ridge covering, Frill, Facia, etc fixed with self tapping screws, shape & size as per site requieremnt. (Make: Tata, BSL, Jindal. Make & colour will be decided by EIC).

S&F of 2.0mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.

M&L of rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square exc 1.0 sq. m but n exc 1.5 sq.mtr in each pane.

S&F of Flue pipe /Downtake pipe / Rain water pipe etc. with mild steel sheet black of 150 mm dia with 2.0mm thick sheet. all as directed by EIC.

S&F of PVC(SWR) Pipes of dia 200 mm with all acceroies like 'T',Band,Socket, etc,complete as per site requirement.Make: Kishan, Supreme, Astral, Finolax.

M&L for brick (old size) work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L of taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for spraying cement slurry 3.0 kg per sqm and rendering 12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete on wall surfaces making even & smooth without using extra cement.

S&F of MS Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

S&F MS rolled steel section for roof trusses purlins, rafter etc framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) (Fe410-Wgde E-250 Quality A ).

Taking out old serviceable glass of any description, from old wooden or metal frames, or stone, concrete or brick sur rounds, any thickness or size; hacking out old putty or removing beads etc, including making good breakages in taking out and handling removing to store or stacking for reuse.

Fixing of glass and glazing with oil putty in square/ ractangle exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane.(Exept material)

M&L preperation of new surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described & applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint on iron surface.Make: Asian-Apcolite, Berger, Nerolac as approved by EIC.
