Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:(All kinds of soil )

P/L of dry Stone soling dully hand packed hand rammed incl stone chippings, all carriages complete

P/L in position cement conc. of grade 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 stone agg 20 mm N/s) excl. cost of centering & shuttering in all work upto plinth level. Including carriage of materials

Centering and Shuttering I/c Strutting, Propping etc & removal of formwork for walls of any thickness above plinth level

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks (Power Bricks) of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) : With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks,including extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level & carriage of bricks from an avg lead of 50kms by M.T.

“Providing and laying 75 mm thick CC coping in M15 grade cement concrete on top of brick masonry wall, finished smooth and coated with Black Japan mixed with approved waterproofing compound, including curing and all complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Providing and laying PVC drainage pipes of 110mm diameter conforming to relevant IS specifications, including necessary fittings, bends, tees, couplers, excavation, laying to proper line and level, jointing, testing and backfilling complete.”
