1) Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : a) All kinds of soil i) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. But not exceeding 300 mm dia
2) Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
3) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
b) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
4) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :
5) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :
6) Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :
7) Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper
8) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
9) Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.
10) Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
11) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,
(i)Single socketed pipes.

b) 110 mm diameter
12) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
13) 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)
14) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre
15) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
16) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
17) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
18) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.
19) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
20) Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
21) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
22) Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
23) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
24) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
25) Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan ) with 100 mm SWR P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.
26) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid
27) Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm PTMT pillar cock, 32 mm PTMT waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm PTMT pillar cock.
28) Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : Kitchen sink without drain board 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm.
29) Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing : Rectangular shape 453x357 mm
30) Providing and fixing trap of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors : 100 mm inlet and 75 mm outlet Sand Cast Iron S&S as per IS- 1729.
31) Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour. 450 mm long towel rail with total length of 495 mm, 78 mm wide and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 170 gms.

35) Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
36) Providing, laying and jointing glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :

37) Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all-round S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design :

39) Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. L D - 2.5. Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions.
40) Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm).
41) Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50 mm average thickness
42) Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

43) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash
fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Frame size 50 x 100 mm
44) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 30 mm thick
45) Removal of vegetation at walls/ roofs and floors/ drainage systems/ water supplying stream of the building/ over head tanks or at any location and applying any special chemical to defective area to prevent vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/ mortar to match the surface of walls/ floors/ roofs., etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (cement concrete/mortar to be paid in separate item.) (Uprooting of vegetation in each location will be measured as one job)
46) Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing colony lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-incharge. (Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)
47) Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/ sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/ rinse at the tank/ sump with fresh water, repeat the above process, (2) and (3) for two to three times, (4) remove the mud/ silt/ sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacterial agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge. Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment
48) Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)
49) Providing and fixing Pre-cast gully trap cover of INDO/KITTO make or equivalent of 25mm thickness of size 300 x 300 mm or of required size as per requirement for existing gully trap with necessary repairs etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge
50) Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole frame with cover, frame square of size 650 x 650 x 75 mm of approved make. The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement. The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc., shall be made complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
51) Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps including removing the silt outside the compound all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
52) Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete.

57) Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with T.W. beading 15x1mm and nails & screws complete. Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.3 mm dia wire and 1.8mm aperture on both sides.
58) Charges for demolising the existing WC pan with trap from position including surrounding lime concrete complete to minium required size to fix new WC pan with trap including jointing with the existing waste, refilling the surroundings with lime concrete and finishining the floor with cement concrete flooring using required quantity of Fosroc or equivalant liqued all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.(The rate includes the disposal of all the debries to the dumping ground)
59) Removing glass panes from windows and replacing them with new glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary : float glass panes of thickness 4mm :
a) For windows in ground floor and /or for windows which can be accessed from inside of the room / bolcony with a ladder.
b) For windows in upper floors (other than ground floor) up to 2 floors, fixing of glass panes with Jhoola arrangement.
60) Supplying and application of ready to use anticorrosive coating Nitozinc Primer of M/s Fosroc chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., or equivalent in two coats coats @ 28ml per R.M. (Proportion of 600ml Nitozinc base + 400 ml Nitozinc primer hardener = 1 ltr)over the reinforcement bars, stirrups, lateral ties of slabs, beams & columns complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge, the rate is inclusive of the cost of all materials, hire charges of tools, labour charges etc.
