Supply, Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and XLPE sheathed, Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1kV grade of following size on cable tray, complete as per the site requirement (3.5corex120sq.mm)

Supply and Laying of one number XLPE insulated and XLPE sheathed, Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required (3.5corex120sq.mm)

Charges for Road crossing of cable as per the site requirement

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and XLPE sheathed, Copper conductor power cable of 1.1kV grade of following size in the existing DWC High density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe as per the site requirement (3corex4sq.mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC/XLPE sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.(3.5corex120sq.mm(45mm))

Supply and erection of ISI marked double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe to be laid minimum 700mm below ground level including excavation (making necessary trench), placing the pipe in position and back filling with excavated soil etc. of the required size. Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe 50/ 38mm (outer/ inner dia.) with sockets, bends, coupler etc. complete as per the site requirement

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and erection of 3-stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole of suitable length conforming to I.S. 2713-1969 (Part I to III) / 1980 to fixed up to a required planting depth below ground level in a hole of excavation about 45 cm dia. and suitable depth to filled in up to 15 cm below G/L with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture including painting of pole with two coats of approved aluminium paint as required:Overall length 8.5 metre , with planting depth 1.5 metre, length of sections 4 metre, 2.25 metre and 2.25 metre (Bottom, Middle and Top respectively), Outer dia and thickness of sections 168.3mm x 4.5mm, 139.7mm x 4.5mm and 114.3mm x 3.65mm (Bottom, Middle and Top respectively) with approximate weight 126 kg and base plate weight 12 kg. of size 12mm thick about 30 cm dia.

Supply and erection of MS Single Arm bracket of approx. length 1.5m suitable for mounting of 01Nos. of LED Street light with 02coats of aluminium paint complete as per the site requirement. The design of the bracket shall be get approved by the Engineer-Incharge.

Making of cement concrete muff of overall size 450mm dia., 60cm long with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture. The muff is to be made around the steel tubular pole. The outer surface of the muff shall be finished with pure cement and painted with white colour complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer In-Charge at site.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 90W outdoor type LED street lights with IP65 protection on the existing poles with connections etc. complete as per the site requirement

Supply and Installation of Weather proof MCB box in Street lights Pole Muffs i/c terminals, connectors, MCBs of suitable rating and connections etc. complete as per the site requirement

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing MS Street light pole as required.(3x1.5sq.mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC/XLPE sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required (3Cx4sq.mm)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Programmable Electronic Astronomical Timer with contactor of suitable rating in the existing LT panel with connections etc. complete as per the site requirement

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated Industrial grade Copper flexible cable of 1.1 kV voltage level of following size inside Main LT panel (Utility-1 substation) from Main bus bar to existing MCCB (1corex150sq.mm)

Supplying and making end termination with copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.(1corex150sq.mm)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
