Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in any description and removing/disposal off from the site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building/from the site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab/tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and including removing rubbish material from building/from the site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC in cement mortar (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, the surface finished fair/rough complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing Non-skid tiles (approved shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (square/rectangular), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B1b, having thickness not less than 7mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, laid as in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat grey Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles (any shade in any pattern of light & dark, with or without highlighters etc as approved), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, having thickness not less than 7mm, Premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, size of tile 350x250mm/ 450x300mm or any size between area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm thick as direcetd as in Vertical Surface/Dado etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, Kota stone size of slab not less than 550x500mm, as in flooring, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing along wall, on floor, under sink, 50mm nominal outside diameter PVC-U SWR (Soil, Waste and Rainwater) single socketed pipes, Type 'B', conforming to IS 13592, in any required length, laid truly to line and gradient with rubber ring joints, using approved pipe joint lubricant as recommended by the manufacturer. The work shall include supplying and fixing all necessary PVC fittings such as bends, tees, couplers/sockets, reducers, offsets, end caps, plugs and other fittings plain or threaded, clamps as required for completing the drain system of sink. complete all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Measurement for payment shall be made for the actual centre-line length of pipe laid, measured along the pipeline alignment between the centre lines of successive fittings, irrespective of the number of joints. No separate payment shall be made for the socket portion of the pipe, insertion length within sockets/joints, or for PVC fittings, the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and fixing along wall, on floor, under floor or laying in trench, 110mm nominal outside diameter PVC-U SWR (Soil, Waste and Rainwater) single socketed pipes, Type 'B', conforming to IS 13592, in any required length, laid truly to line and gradient with rubber ring joints using approved pipe joint lubricant as recommended by the manufacturer. The work shall include supplying and fixing all necessary PVC fittings such as bends, tees, couplers/sockets, reducers, offsets, end caps, plugs and other fittings plain or threaded, clamps as required for completing the pipeline system/making necessary connections to sink drainage system, complete all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Measurement for payment shall be made for the actual centre-line length of pipe laid, measured along the pipeline alignment between the centre lines of successive fittings, irrespective of the number of joints. No separate payment shall be made for the socket portion of the pipe, insertion length within sockets/joints, or for PVC fittings, the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply & fixing PVC-U floor trap of size 110x110mm, suitable for 110mm bore pipe, trap shall be long neck and of sufficient length to ensure that the outlet pipe joint remains completely outside the wall thickness, including stainless steel grating, joints jointing with pipe joint lubricant, including PCC work complete all as specified and as directed.
