M&L for wooden flooring, laminated wooden type made of high density fibre board (HDF), comprising of tongue and groove interlocking type of planks of 1210 x 193 mm size 8mm thick, commercial grade, abrasion resistance of AC-II category, over and including 6 micron polyethylene and foam cushion sheeting over the concrete surface to minimize moisture migration from the concrete including all fixing material i.e. chemical adhesive, base strip/fillets etc. veneered and matching top beading etc including taking down old existing flooring any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 23-24mm thick PVC Jallies CNC machine cut as per the approved pattern and design as sample kept in GE Office. The PVC Jallies shall be fixed with the help of screw/nut bolt of suitable size and numbers as decided by the Engr-in-Charge. PVC Jallies shall be fixed to the existing steel frame work after replacing of rusted steel including necessary welding work complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS steel work will be measured and paid seprately. Make Rajshree/Echon or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F in repair 50 micron solar control film sticked to glass panes as per manufacturer instruction reflective type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for best quality vinyl wall paper on wall applying with necessary adhesive including matching corners and angles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, wall aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar incl mortar screed of any description including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (any type ) stone machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match incl cutting and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provide for in any height upto two strey incl necessary scaffolding where required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality A with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing including necessary double steel scaffolding where required upto two storey bldg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses confirming to Fe 410-W Gde 250 A including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 Kg per Sqm complete to steel member complete all as specified and directed.
