Providing Paver Block Arrangements

Earth work Excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requiring blasting including cost and conveyance of all etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS Size hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm HBG Metal for foundation Incluiding Watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more then 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (Surface Textured) Pavement having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 30mm thickness and joint shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.00 of specification of rural roads 2014 and Technical specification Clause 1504.

Provision for Animation Drawing

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Provision for Scofflding charges

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
