Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Relaying the Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five M sand and ten broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine creased Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Derived from S I No 120) TNBP No 28

Laying the Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

for Basement and Foundation

Supplying fabrication and placing in position of MS / RTS rods for all reinforced cement concrete works incuding cost of binding wire etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Construction of Brick work in C.M 1:5 (one of cement five of M sand) in foundation, and basement and superstructure walls using Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

For Super structure in First floor

Replastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Levelling Course 20mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement two of M sand four of aggregate) using 3 to 10mm chips hard broken granite stone jelly an top rubbing smooth, thread lining etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Repaving the floor with Double charged vitrified tiles of size 800mm x 800mm x 10mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.ncerned before use on work, etc., complete.

Repaving the floor with Glazed vitrified tiles of size 1200mm x 600mm x 10mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.ncerned before use on work, etc., complete.

Providing, Fabricating and fixing in position of Gypsum board false ceiling using 12.50mm thick Gypboard of approved quality design pattern, drops with co-lighting arrangement design given by the deptl officers. Using "U" shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20mc/c on both longtitudinal and cross fixing "U" shaped G.I channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thick, direction for vertical sup port and at 0.90m centre to centre on longtitudinal direction respectively for Horizontal support by using teak wood reepers at corners and at intermediately and fixing the "GYPBOARD" on the panel, drop side etc., provided as per design/pattern given by the deptl officers. And fininshing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paris materials etc.Necessary openings should be finished with Acrylic paint made for providing spot light, floursent tubes in the ceiling by using kit ply 12mm thick the Gypsum board must be fixing to the GI frame and Joint to be properly filled with POP paste and paper tape to get a levelled smooty celining with std specfn and etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged windows with new one of Suppplying and fixing the UPVC (un-plasticized chloride) slidding windows of casement type slidding type with mesh from the profile sheet size of outer rame 94mmx45 mm and Glazed shutter profile 58mmx 39 mm are reinforcement with Gi/1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free ,the profile are multi chambered section with wall thick of 2mm and Stainless steel mesh shutter made of 58mmx25mm with SS mesh 304 grade The EPDM rubber (Black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle .The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .radiations free ,clear glass 6 mm thick glass should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,stronglocking systems and as per size for arresting noice and energy loss.The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enable opening of the window.The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing aii round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying, laying the Ruby Red Granite 18 to 20mm thickness (or) equivelent colour( The Granite stone should be got approved by the Departmental officer before used on works ) make over the bedded Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three parts of M sand ) 20 mm thick and laid the slab without any air gap in between granite slab , finishing and cuttig the Ruby Red granite slab required size and as per site condition and shall be laid perfectly in level unless other wise specefied or as directed by the departmental offciers , After laying the granite salb grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. ( The Granite stone should be got approved by the Exe Engineer before used on works )

Supplying and fixing the teak finished wall panelling using the 4mm OST group matching venner ply over 19mmtk water proof ply with necessary grid frame works using the Horizontal and vertical grid frames works of size 50mmx40 mm at 350 mm c/c both ways and fixing the with necessary nails , screws , labour for cutting the ply wood required size andas per site condition , labour for wrought and putup fixing with necessary clamps, naills and including cost of fevicol etc and finally melamine varnishing two coats of approved matt shade colour etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing the WPC flutted panels plank of size 12mm thick of approved quality and make over the 19 mm thick water proof ply wood including labour for cutting the sheet required shape and size and fixing over the 19mm water proof plywood panel including cost of fevicol paste , head less nails etc etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Supplying and fixing the zeebra blinds consisiting of alternative horizontal opaque and sheer fabrics stripes overlap with controled adjusting stripes using spring -loaded mechanism inside the roller tube and steadily rotating on its axis and fabrics evenly winds around it and smooth roll up as directed and full satisfaction of Deprtmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debries from the campus and conveying away the same to ouside by lorry to a lead of 3km (Entirely within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the fibre make pot circular finish top 300mm dia and bottom 200 mm dia and Height 250 mm with indoor plants with red soil FYM mixture filling and top covered with pebble stone as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks 60mm thick of approved colour, design & patern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over required 50mm compacted bed of M sand, compacting and proper embedding laying of inter locking paver locks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing teak wood wrought and put up for frames of doors , window and ventilator and any other similar jounery works including cost of teak wood scantlings of size over 2 m and below 3 m in length and labour for manufacturing the frames and fixing hold fasts and fixing in position etc., for all length as per architect designs.

Renewing the damaged broken ply with new one supplying and fixing both side teak finished finished premium branded of approved quality and brand and fixing the same over the solid core flush door shutter 35 mm thick and fixing Teak wood lipping alround sides over the solid core flush door with necessary Tw lipping alround the door shutter 40x8mm thick and fixing the 12 mm thick brushed steel finish T Section at horizontal position 3Nos each side of approved quality and make including labour charges fixing in postion Labour for wrought and putup, fixing necessary furniture fittings Such as Brass Butt Hinges, Brass Tower bolt, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Through scrapping the interior Wall surface and filling the cracks and holes using the crack seal and white cement and fine sand 1:3 Ratio seal and Applying water based internal wall putty (Acrylic Bindersfor filling and smoothening out cracks and dents on the plastered wall) over the priming coat surface after drying period of 20 to 24 Hours and again applying water based exterior primer one coat to make surface clean and smooth finish and finally applying second coat externall wall putty to wall surface including provision for the arrangements for labour safety, provision for temporary shielding arrangements for inside to safe guard them filling the public high scaffolding charges safety belt, neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Painting the walls two coats of Interior Emulsion Paint of approved Colour and quality including sand papering the walls surface, putty finishes, finishing neatly etc complete.including provision for the arrangements for labour safety, provision for temporary shielding arrangements for inside to safe guard them filling the public high scaffolding charges safety belt, neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged broken glass panes with new one of supplying and fixing the 12mm thick clear toughned glass partition for Balcony enclosure of approved size and as directed by departmental officers the partition toughned glass panes 12mm tk shall be erected and fixed with out frame (frame less) assembles with necessary patch fittings using dorma branded fittings including cutting the glass sheet required size and erecting the glass panes in position with necessary scaffolding structural supports etc including floor cutting, if found necessary during execution as directed and full statisfication of deptl officers. ( The rate inclusive of Transportation, Loading and unloading charges)

Supplying and laying the unpolished pebbles stone /color chips of approved quality and make including labour for fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
