Supply and installation commissioning & testing Silent type Diesel Engine driven Generating set rating 400KVA,415 volt, 0.8PF, 3 phase 4 wire,50 Hz, ±1% supply, continunuously rating factory assembled fully wired phase alternator a comman base frame to give an output of, confirming to standerd Diesal Engine with AMF control panel. (A) The Engine will comprise of following:- Make: Greaves, model no-8K15TA or equivalent as per approved by GE (a) Dry Type air cleaner (b) Exhaust silencer suitable for sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms. (c ) Expansion bellow (d) Lube oil cooler (e) Lube oil filter (f) Fule filter,RPM indicator (g) Rediators with pusher type fan and mounting (h) In- line mono block fuel injection pump (j) Mechanical governer and fule feed pump (k) Flywheel with starter ring and bell houseing suitable for close coupling.

(l) 24volt, electric starting system. (m) Micorprocessor based KG64 Controller mounted on the Controller Panel. (n) Protection system for Low lube oil pressure and high water temprature. Genset make Kirloskar model no: KG 400 WS or eqvt in cummins/ Greaves as per approval. (B) Alternator :- Alternator rated 400KVA, 415 volt, 3phase, 1500 RPM, 0.8PF, 50Hz at 75% load efficency copper wound AC alternator in SPDP enclosure self exicited & self regulated through AVR confirms to IS: as per IS: 13364 complete,Brush less, floor mounted with ball or bearings on ends shields with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on mains failure and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms etc. suitable for tropical condition and class-H insulation. Make: Kirloskar KG 400 S 52M or equivalent as per approval by GE

(C) Base frame and foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel to be installed on PCC foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per the recommendation of manufacturer. NOTE: PCC foundation shall be measured & paid saperately. (D) Fuel Tank: Inbuilt daily service fuel tank of standerd capacity fabricated not less then 3mm thick MS sheet complete all std accessories, fuel piping,valves level indicator as required. (E) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure: Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphare as per specification.

Supplying, laying or fixing on wall through proper clamping or passing through pipe, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade ISI marked XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed steel tape / wire armoured underground stranded aluminium conductor cable of sizes 400 sqmm 3.5 core:- (Make - Havells / Polycab / Finolex / Universal or equivalent as approved)

All as per item No:2 here in before but cable of sizes 25 sqmm 3.5 core power supply cable for AMF panel.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cable or foundation, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outin soft / loose soil in trenches etc, complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick etc, complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables etc, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying old size bricks, common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' designation 75 laid in trenches over sand for cable protection etc, complete all as specified and directed

S&F Steel tubes ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles / laid in road crossing etc as required of size 100mm bore etc, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No:9 here in before but of size 40mm bore

S & F 4 pole on load change over switch, 630 amp, 415 V, with breaking mechanism for easy operation as IS standerd etc, complete all as specified and directed Make; Legrand,L&T or equivilent all as approved.

Supplying and making indoor termination heat shrinkable type for 1.1 KV 3.5 core grade XLPE cable for size 400 Sq mm. (Make - Denson / M-Seal / 3M as approved)

All as per item No:12 here in before but for size 25mm cable.

M&L for foundation of DG set using PCC type B2 1:3:6 ,suitable size for DG set up to 500 mm extended from base plate of DG set including anchor Bolt/hole all as required. DG set foundation depth of 750 mm and hight from ground/plane to 300 mm and neccesaary arrangments must be included to withstand against vibration and self weight of DG set etc, complete all as specified and directed

M& L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm up to 7.5 mtr length by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to DG Set or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, all as specified ans shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1, including testing on completion etc, complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Protection pipe upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting of existing road/path for laying of cable where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm complete all as specified and directed.
