Supply & Installation of VRV AC system:- Supply & Installation of following minimum capacity VRV/VRF Highwall type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic mediapre-filter,fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet,cordless remote control,drain pan,necessary accessories etc.,suitable for operation on 230V±10%, 50Hz,single phase AC supply,complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will beat air inlet conditions of 27Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.

AC Cassette Type Indoor:- Supply & Installation of following minimum capacity 4-way flow VRV/VRF Cassette Type Indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor,coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports,vibration isolation, cordless remote control etc.,suitable for operation on single phase 230V±10%, 50Hz AC supply, complete, as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will beat air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature.

MRV Outdoor Unit (18 HP each):- Supply & Installation of following modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow /Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, isolating valves with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The outdoor shall have suitable coating/painting to shield it from Salt, Sand & other elements brought in by the air. All ODU units must have efficient technology for Oil return mechanism to high pressure side and Active Refrigerant Control systems to increase efficiency and performance of the unit. The outdoor unit must have the feature of Record running parameters or error code LED display for ease of operation for fault analysis & easy and faster trouble shooting. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V+/-10%,3Phase,50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5

Supply of 1 lot of Y-branch and gather pipe for the pipe divider and machine connection required for complete installation & commissioning of VRV/VRF AC system.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 36 HP MRV (VRF) System accesories (indoor units & oudoor units) with 100% Inverter Scroll Compressors. Complete Indoor Unit as specified in equipment schedule along with low side works of piping with nitrile insulation, jointing /brazing ,nitrogen flushing, vacuuming, and gas charging and balancing of the complete system with all accessories as per requirement. The Job includes supply & installation of below material in required quantity as per site condition. Minor civil work comprises of supply & fixing of C-Beam MS stands for mounting of outdoor air-conditioning unit & making necessary holes for laying of copper refrigerant pipes etc. NOTE:-Bidder has to work in co-ordination with other agency(Civil-Electrical renovation/dismantling) for resolution of interface issues as per direction of Site Engineer/EIC
