Providing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cable wall, venilator portions and wherever required in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 Coarse Sand) including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc. Complete.

Preparing the surface of Brickwork and plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Crushed Stone aggregate ) 12mm thick to the required finish including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, transport, Scaffolding, curing etc. Complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with Spacer and the tiles should be with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Crushed Stone aggregate) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm OR 600X600 mm

Providing and laying Anti Skid Ceramic tile flooring for the toilets using first quality Ceramic tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in colours such as white , Ivory , Grey , Fume Red , Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement motar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Crushed Stone aggregate) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete where ever required and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete.

Providing wall dadoing in toilets with first quality glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 5mm thickness of approved make in colours such as white , Ivory , Grey , Fume Red , Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement motar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Crushed Stone aggregate) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete where ever required and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete.

Providing and fixing 75mm thk Full Height Veneer finished PLY wood Partitions using 50 x 50mm anodised aluminum section framework @ 600 c/c bothways with horizontal noggings at floor and soffit, both side skinning with 12mm thick veneer finished PLYwood. All electrical/network switch boxes, niches to be boxed/packed with adequate reinforcement using PLYwood. The aluminium channel to be provided at intersection of two materials. The partition may have 6mm thk glass panels at specified areas as per the drawing fixed with veneer finished PLY Jamb lining all around. Note cost to include aluminum frame upto actual ceiling (frame to be anchored to actual ceiling). Complete as per drawing and directions. The veneer should be of teak or equivalent ( Basic cost of veneer - Rs.80) (Measurement will be taken as only for veneer finished area). Both side Veneer finished partition up to 4'0" height - WORKSTATION

Providing and fixing of 32mm thk Solid core BWP flush door finished with 4mm thk Veneer on both sides and the edge to be finished with first quality Teakwood lipping. The door frame should of 2.5"x 4" wide 1st quality teak wood frame finished with necessary polish as per approval. The door shall have vision panel of 6mm thk glass, 4 Nos. S.S. Ball bearing butt hinges, Mortise Handle, Mortise Lock body, 60mm Euro profile cylinder with one side key & one side knob operation & door closure from 'OZONE /APPROVED EQUIVALENT' as per approval. The veneer should be of teak or equivalent ( Basic cost of veneer - Rs.80). Both side Veneer finished door of size 900 x 2100mm.

Supplying and fixing factory made PVC door of size 0.90m x 2.10m or to suit the door opening with frame of size 50 x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet Mitered cut at two corners and joined with 2 nos MS “L” brackets of 15mm square in the size 150 x 150mm. The PVC door frame is reinforced with 19 19mm MS Square tube 19 gauge and it will be reinforced by county wood. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by drilling 100mm long MS screws by using PVC fasteners. The door should by of 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door structure of MS tubes of 19 gauge thick and 19 x 19mm for stiles, 15 x 15mm for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick each moulded PVC “C” channel (mat finish) of size 50mm x 30mm for stiles with 5mm thick PVC sheet, 70mm wide PVC sheet for Top rails and bottom rails, panelling of 5mm thick sandwich in the MS frame sealed to the Stiles and rails with 30 x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive including 2 Nos 150mm aluminium tower bolt, 1No 150mm aluminium aldrop and 2 no 150mm Aluminium handles including all labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete.

The cuddapah stone should be inserted onto the walls by atleast 2" deep on 3 sides. The granite shall include rubbing, curing etc., as specified and as directed by engineer incharge.

Preparing the Walls, Ceiling surfaces and painting with one coat of alkali resistant primer and 2 coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying one additional coat using roller finish to achieve even shade and colour and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, materials ,tools etc., all complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

Supplying and fixing MS grills for windows, ventilators or wherever required including making necessary holes in the wall, welding for fixing, including preparing the surface of the steel members and painting with 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint 100 micron dry film over coat of zinc rich epoxy primer 40 micron all as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The brand and shade of the Primer and Paint should be get approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting of existing Trees cum removing the roots as directed by KPL and disposing the same within a lead of 2 Kms including all labour, materials, tools, equipements, scaffolding, fuel, etc. Complete.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm graded metal) wherever required as directed including mixing, transporting, shuttering, placing, vibrating, curing etc., including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, machinery, fuel etc., complete.

Loading, transporting and unloading the available Paver block of size 100mm thick to the Admin building and laying the paver blocks as directed at site with the available filling sand in the interlocking between the blocks including compacting using plate vibrator so as to achieve full interlocking all as per relevant specifications, and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing MS Structural sections, Hollow sections etc., for Trusses, Purlins, Columns, Gusset plates, Base plates etc., by cutting, welding, with Bolts & Nuts etc. or as specified in position as directed at the site, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding/ full strenght butt welding/bolting/riveting etc. or as specified, and as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The MS Structural sections etc., should be get approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting the MS Structural Members with 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint 100 micron dry film over coat of zinc rich epoxy primer 40 micron all as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete. Note: The brand and shade of the Primer and Paint should be get approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, tackles, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern with Armstrong Silhouette 15mm Exposed System. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge with 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6 sqm ).

Providing & Fixing up of Window curtain (Roller blind model) in required sizes as directed having the following specification: Control unit: The Control unit should be made of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch is of wrap spring design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by the use of endless beaded chain. Clutch never need any adjustment. Idler: Idler is of high strength reinforced plastic, consisting of a Centre shaft. The idler is mounted on the bracket by using a plastic lock. The metal sleeve inside the plastic lock provides bearing surface for the Centre shaft, which rotates freely, providing smooth, quiet and long wearing operation. Head rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail Powder coated. Control unit and Idler are mounted on the Head rail with powder coated M.S. Brackets. Roller tube: It is an anodized extruded grooved tube of high strength alloy. Control unit and Idler are fixed to the either ends of the tube. The fabric of the blind is fitted to the tube with heavy duty adhesive tape. (Size of Roller is to match with the span of the window) Bottom rail: It is an aluminum extruded rail with a groove for fixing the fabric and power coated. It is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is, to keep the fabric in tension and straight. The fabric is fitted to the tube using plastic insert. The end caps of the tube are ABS. Operating chain: This is made of plastic beads molded on thick polyester chord. The pitch of the beads is 6mm. The chain drives the sprockets of the control unit to close and open the blind. The pitch of the chain corresponds to the sprocket in perfect match for trouble free operation. Fixing brackets & clamps: These are used to fix the blind to the wall or ceiling. 'L' bracket is made of mild steel and zinc plated. The clamp is made up of spring steel of thickness 0.7mm and Zinc plated. Fabric Specification: Polyester fabric. Washability: material can be washed on both sides with a mild detergent solution. Note: The shade/colour will be chosen at the time of execution.
