Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat using Paving Bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 5.5% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for painting lines, dashes arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like using thermoplastic paint 2mm thick with glass beads @125 gram/Sqm using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 C exc 10 cm wide white/black or golden yellow until desired result is obtained complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Solar road delineator 3 LEDs of colour red/yellow housed in plastic body. LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside polycarbonate sheet; device protected with power coated wire mesh cage. System mounted over 47mm dia steel tube powder coated of lenght 600mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. Delineator to have additional reflective bands. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8 to 10 hoours complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar stud having 3 LEDs of colour red/yellow to a side (total 6 nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120x130mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20mm with built in stem-nail 30mm x 50mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge for 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed.
