SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 01 : Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil

Item No 02 : Excavating in trenches, exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, n exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5m in depth up to 3 mtr and getting out any type of soil

Item No 03 : M&L for PCC Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete

Item No 04 : M&L for RCC (Design mix M-25) in foundations, including, rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, etc , basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in columns , pillars, piers, posts and struts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : M&L for RCC (Design mix M-25) in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.50 m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work, vertical or to batter all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc square or rectanguar, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 09 : Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor beams, roof beams, beam haunchings girders, lintels, cantilevers etc to plain surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : M&L for brick with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 : Ditto all as per items no-10 but except brick, in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 : M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : M&L Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed

Item No 14 : S&F for MS angle iron in "Y" shape posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : S&F for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed

Item No 16 : S&F for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : Supply and fixing of Concertina Coil Mild steel punched tape concertina coil with Zinc coating 610mm Ø with clips spaced 24mm dispensed in compact rolls weighing 7.5 kg/coil covering an average span of 7.5m on expansion to be laid between the 'Y' angle pickets joining by welded at 45 degree slope LAIP, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 : M&L two coat of synthetic enamel pinting over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of steel new surface over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : S&F TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed

Item No 20 : S&F TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over, up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups spcers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 : S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussest plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing and incl steel sheeting or other covering doors etc, to be prepared for hanging and sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hnging door fittings and fixing complete conferming to gde Fe 410-w, (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 : S&F for welded steel wire fabric supply and fixing complete to wood and steel framing and similar works exc 4 kg per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : Removing excavated materials n. exc. 50 m and depositing were directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the staring point, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 :Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : Taking down cement plaster on wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

Item No 26 : Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry built in cement morter by mechanical method complete all as specified and directed

Item No 27 :Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 : Boring holes 4m deep in soil for under-reamed piles 300mm dia and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n.exc 50 m all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 : Boring holes 3.5m deep in soil for under-reamed piles 300mm dia and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n.exc 50 m all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 : Use and Waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work, circulsr all as specified directed.

Item No 31 : Demolition of cement concrete reinforcement in column, beam, etc. (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
