Dismantling, Shifting of complete esixting gas based fire suppression system to new location and re-design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning the system at new location complete as required as mentioned below:- From existing Server room ( 36 cum volume) at ground floor to new Server room at first floor in Terminal Building having dimensions of ( 3.04m x 2.74 m x 3.8m) i/c ceiling void of 0.9 mtr. In the existing system following accessories is available:- (i) 34 Kg cylinder filled with 26 Kg (FK 5-1-12) gas- 01No (ii) Actuator and discharge hose- 01Set (iii) Nozzels (15 NB size) = 3 Nos (iv) Control head for cylinders= 01 Nos (v) 02 zone fire detection and alarm panel= 01 Nos (vi) Smoke detectors = 08 Nos (vii) Response Indicator= 04 Nos (viii) Manual gas release/abort call point= 01 Set (ix) Flasher Sounder= 01 No. (x) Pressure Switch= 01 No. (xi) MS piping (15mm to 25mm) = 07 Mtr

In the existing system following accessories is available:- (i) 80 Kg cylinder filled with 73 Kg (FK 5-1-12) gas- 01No (ii) Actuator and discharge hose- 01Set (iii) Nozzels (15 NB size) = 02+02= 04 Nos (iv) Control head for cylinders= 01 Nos (v) 02 zone fire detection and alarm panel= 01 Nos (vi) Smoke detectors = 08+08= 16 Nos (vii) Response Indicator= 08 Nos (viii) Manual gas release/abort call point= 01 Set (ix) Flasher Sounder= 01 No. (x) Pressure Switch= 01 No. (xi) MS piping= 14 Mtr

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath, laying of cable on wall/surface/ceiling with suitable U-clamp etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of 15 mm to 50 mm MS seamless pipe, ASTM A-106(Sch 40), Grade B (as per design) complete with all fittings and painting with one coat of redoxide and 2 coats of red enamel paint; fixing on the ceiling/wall with suspended supports, clamps anchor fastener, cutting chases/holes in false ceiling/wall and making good the same etc complete as required as per technical specifications.
