Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars, roof chimneys at height upto 15 mtr and similar work etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work, precast concrete block etc. and removing debris/ rubbish etc out of MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings, claddings in any position or slope upto 15.00 meter height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, mild steel work (framed or unframed), hard drawn steel wire fabric etc of any description and in any position upto 15.00 meter height not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads shoes bends swan necks etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories), complete all as specifed and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in copings to stone masonary, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinths courses, parapets, bed plates, kerbs slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, fixing MS hold fast, filling gaps/spaces between wooden/ mild steel member embedded in stone/ brick masonry wall etc. at height upto 10.00 meter, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre painted galvalume aluminium “zinc coating trapozoidal steel sheet 0.60mm (TCT) of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering, cladding, in any position or slope upto 15.00 meter height, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60mm (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight, 8cm x 8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel works for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain mild steel sheeting 1.00 mm thick, in valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed ), ridges, hips, chimney flashings and similar work etc fixed as welded or soldered joints, reveting are provided etc at height upto 15 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are included for providing nozzles, stop ends, drop ends made of mild steel sheeting 1.00 mm thick with necessary fixing arrangement/ jointing with rubber sealant for PVC downwater pipes, factory made profiling of flashings.
