1) Overhauling of each pole mechanism assemblies of 220 KV TELK make Circuit Breaker of 200 MVA Power Transformer-I at 220 KV substation Budaun . The job includes overhauling of control valve assembly holding latch antipumping pin. Opening and cleaning of pneumatic cylinder shock absorber etc. Greasing of all these parts, opening of reservoir, checking of all electrical connections and tightening them. Rectification of air leakage problem through NRV safety valve, replacement of consumable spares such as roller , D-valve sheets, O-ring of all types and all other damaged ring. If necessary, rectification of gas leakage by replacement of O ring and brazing of gas pipe assemblies of the mechanism, or any other associated work for smooth, reliable and satisfactory operation of breaker from local as well as remote of 200 MVA Power Transformer I bay at 220 KV Substation Budaun
