   Bulk order will be placed on those suppliers who have satisfactory past performance for the tender item with S.E.Rly or any Zonal Rlys including Rly Production Units as per clause 2.6.1 of Instruction to Tenderers & GCC attached with the tender. Bidders are to read it carefully before bidding.
