Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, getting out in Soft / Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry, clean / dirtless) in Trenches for protec-tion of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid.]

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fly ash bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 100mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Horizontal Boring with HDD machine for Passing Protection Pipe up to 100mm Bore (dia), under Road / Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Pipe to be measured separately.]

Supply and install HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air- break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical triple pole with drop out fuse having 12 insulator, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L lightning arresters expulsion type Complete with all fittings, transmission class, suitable for 11KV, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, complete all as specified and directed.

[Note : Payment shall be made after submission of verified original purchase voucher / Invoice, manufacturer's test certificate.]

M&L mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for pole etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for pole including form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin insulator porcelain vitreous 11000V grade, 150mm high, 150mm dia, nuts, bolts and washers etc, galvanised MS spindle , washers fixed on channels or directly on poles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip including connection from earthing in continuation to end point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of cubical housing cabinet type CPRI approved LT panel board outdoor type, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet of overall size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm(width) 450 mm (depth) conforming to IS:8623 and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work , having front and rear hinged doors,GI earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply powder coated paint (RAL-7032). The panel should be suitable for 415 volts , 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, with cable alley and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and necessary foundation work and comprising following:-
