i.The Railway reserves the right to order either the entire or the bulk quantity on the RDSO Approved vendors against UVAM RDSO item ID 3100596. Status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning. ii. The quantities to be ordered on Approved Vendors will be decided considering factors which include past (supply as well as quality) performance, capacity, delivery requirements, quantity under procurement, and nature of item, outstanding order load etc. and the tender conditions. iii(a). Vendors approved for developmental ordering against UVAM shall be eligible for developmental order of up to 20% of Net Procurable Quantity [NPQ] in regular tender.

In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended and in terms of clause 2.4.5 of Instruction to tenders for Electronic_Tenders_Rev. ITT_1.21__ APRIL__2024 with all correction slips, Public Procurement of this item is restricted to Class-I and Class -II local suppliers only.
