INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and Fix health faucet (hand shower) chromium plated with 1.0metre long hose with wall hook all as per Parryware Cat No.T9803A1 or techno commercially equivalent of other specified makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 15mm dia angular stop cock, brass, chromium plated with wall flange, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

SITE CLEARANCE AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

Supply only approved earth for filling brought from outside Defence land including transporting the earth to site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (a) The earth shall be approved by GE before commencement of work. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include any royalty, tax, fees paid to local Administrative Authorities, permission required for transit, etc,. (c) If any permission required for procuring/ bringing approved earth from outside Defence land, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid.

VERTICAL ROPE

Supply and Fix rope manilla 36mm dia as vertical rope all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing for dia of pipe 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of old steel tubing removed from pipe line at item No 6 above of sizes 100mm dia, connecting in new position complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel water tubing for insertion of Tee for pipe dia 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and Fix hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200x140x95mm with hinged door, including provision of 2 way connector 415Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/ glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25x3mm all as specified and as directed. Make : Hensel Box Cat No KG 9003 or equivalent Sintex/ C&S/ Nyptune

Fabrication and installation of GI pipe bracket made of medium grade tubing of size 40mm dia, duly bended by hot forgoing after filling of sand, length 1.20m including providing two pair of MS flat strip clamps 40mmx4mm with GI bolts nuts and washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box, factory made, CPRI approved, Indoor type floor mounting with channel iron pedestal frame made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel and MS angle section 40x40x6mm base frame compartmental type, dust proof, free standing, suitable for working on 440Volts, 3 phase 50Hz AC supply, vermin proof, front and rear opening, hinged doors etc powder coated as per seven tank process and IP 54 protection, cable alley, cable entry hole at the bottom, earth strip 32x6mm, 3 phase and neutral copper bus bar of 300 Amps with non adhesive color coded insulation sleeves mounted on insulators, drilled holes on bus bar strips for tapping including nuts bolts and washers, PCC works complete with copper strips of suitable size for connecting MCCB complete and comprising of the following:-

(a) MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, 16kA breaking capacity, 415 Volts, Fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting | Ics = 75% of Icu - 01 No (As Incomer from FPB) (b) MCB, single pole, 32 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu-16kA at 240Volts - 06Nos (c) Digital Ammeter 0 to 100 Amps & 3 Nos of CT's, Class 1.0, 10 VA -1 Set (d) LED phase indication lamps R,Y,B for incomer and out going switches. (e) Analog timer with power contractor 2Nos of 25A to control street lights, Control wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor, insulators for busbar mounting 3Nos of suitable CTs and accessories.

Supply and Fix 120 watts Jeta Iris energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 flood light, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting all as per Cat No. JETAIRISFLS120WLED757SYMLTG of Havells or equivalent of other specified makes including fixing arrangement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life varsatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 road way light fitting with high power LED as light source of capacity 90 watts with suitable drivers, etc., and connecting with 4.0 sqmm aluminium conductor PVC insulated twin core weather proof cable, etc., fixing to wall/ poll with and including bracket made out of GI pipe of suitable dia light grade not less than 1.5 mtr long, bent to shape, fixed to pole/ wall in any position with flat iron clamps of size 30x4mm complete all as specified and as directed.
